    Master Ensuite

    Highly recommend!! The entire team is amazing and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. We renovated our master bathroom and couldn’t be happier. Rachid and his team were meticulous with the details and Heba, Amy and the office team were fantastic is aiding us with our choices. I will most definitely use them again hands down.

    Yoga Studio

    Domilya Group does nothing but expectational work! They completed our new yoga studio on time and helped every step of the way. Heba and Rachid are awesome people and we're so happy with the results. I highly recommend their services.

    Home Renovation

    We had a whole home reno this fall. It was an incredibly positive experience with the Domilya Team. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable and had amazing ideas and suggestions for our home. A big benefit for us was the “one stop shopping” for all aspects of the renovations - from engineering and design to construction. They always tried to get us the best price. A huge thank you to Rachid, Heba, Amy, Aili and the whole construction team!! We are thrilled with the final product! We highly recommend Domilya ...you will not be disappointed.

    Main floor renovation - new flooring, stair, family room

    We moved across the country and needed to be into our new home fairly quickly with construction completed given we have young children. Domilya Group worked with us to get the renovation completed in a very tight timeframe. They delivered on their promise to complete our project on time (actually ahead of time). Scope included removing all the existing hardwood on the main floor and upper floor and replacing with a new engineered hardwood, modernized our old wood staircase with new balusters and hand rail, refinished stair treads, new engineered hardwood on the landings, demo of existing fireplace and replaced with modern looking fireplace surround / stained wood mantle and new gas insert and mounted flat screen TV. Painted entire main floor. After completing the work we noticed a couple minor things that needed attention and they were great to come fix them. Rachid and his team were amazing. I would use them again for all our renovation needs.

    Two houses partially renovated

    I have used the Domilya Group many times over the years for large projects.....this time around they renovated two homes each with beautiful hardwood flooring, added a lovely marble fireplace and opened the kitchen into a open concept design. All in all everything was stunning !!....their commitment to both jobs was amazing and the scope and quality was second to none and could only be achieved through quality of the people working for them... what a team, congratulations to Rachid, he comes very highly recommend.

    Full bathroom

    Very good work. Very happy with end result. Longer than expected to get finished but completely understandable due to covid People were wonderful and professional

    Main Floor Renovation

    Rachid and his entire team at Domilya Group did a major main floor renovation in my home this year. A load bearing wall was removed (re-directing all electrical and plumbing), new hardwood floors (sourced through their amazing Design Center) were installed throughout and a fireplace wall was re-surfaced. Crown moulding, new baseboards and a total paint job completed the transformation which is simply spectacular!! In summary, they are professional, their work is high quality, on time and on budget and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Mainfloor Renovation

    In 2019 we decided to kick off a long overdue renovation of our house. We met with five contractors, including Rachid from Domilya who stood out from the others for his knowledge and vision for our space. Our renovation included a full demolition of the main floor, opening up the kitchen, removing a large load bearing wall, replacing the staircase and adding a main floor powder room. After deciding to work with Rachid we quickly realized we made the right decision when we visited the showroom and spoke with him and the designer about the layout and our vision. As with most old houses, there were many surprises but Rachid anticipated most of them and dealt with them in a professional way. Rachid always picked up his phone when we called and made himself available to meet in person if we had questions – overall he made this a very smooth process. Even six months after moving home, we are still amazed with the transformation. There is no question that we will be working with Domilya again the next time we need a renovation, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

    Main floor renovation

    We had met with several companies but when we met with Rachid from Domilya we knew that we found the right company. Rachid was always there to listen to our ideas and work with our suggestions. It is very very hard to find someone who treats your house like it’s their oun. Rachid truly treated our home like his oun and showed us he cared for every detail. This was our first experience Dealing with a contractor and doing a complete main floor gut. The company was very professional and we had many compliments from our neighbors who said that the workers were very friendly and cleaned up and did not leave our property in a mess Rachid always kept in touch with us and we felt at peace with his decisions and we were never left in the dark. Thanks also to Heba for helping us with the details and contract information. I strongly recommend them for all your renovation projects. The most amazing thing was that they said they would finish on time and they did. We have 2 kids and there were able to get us back into our house for the kids to get back to school. 100% thumbs up to the domilya group. We are so please with our kitchen and main floor. Truly everyday can’t believe how amazing our house looks. We are so glad we choose Domilya group.
