I booked through the office and had Shay and Jennifer come to my home. They cleaned the wood fireplace and tuned up our furnace as well as all my ducts. The price was right and the service exceptional!

The appointment was for 12:00 PM and Dave from Duct Blasters showed up at 10:00 AM due to a cancellation. I wasn't quite ready, but I was super happy that he was early. By 10:30, he was setting up. Dave explained everything he was doing and was very friendly, efficient and organized. I was quoted a price for the furnace cleaning and so many vents and advised that any more vents would be $10 each. Duct Blasters honored their quote and Dave did a fantastic job! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs their furnace and vents cleaned.

Did not honor the quoted price. Had the same company previously with no issues. When we asked for a breakdown and invoice to pay we were told to pay or we would be taken to court. The amount was initially quoted at $129.95 and we were told to pay $352 with no explanation as to what was added to the scope of work.

New management would not honor agreed upon price. I've been a customer for over 8 years. Tried to up sell me double the price for half the work. Manager yelled at me on the phone he didn't need my business. Very shady new business practices. Hugely dissapointed.

I've had Duct Blasters come in for a number of years. I have lots of wires in my ducts so I had them only do the furnace this year. There is new management and I was definitely not pleased with the service. Two techs came and one checked the furnace, but did NOT clean it. There are dead spiders in it. The other one was looking at other things in the furnace room and commented on the dryer vent was too long and had to be changed. The dryer has its own room and there's no way you could change the length of the pipe. Besides, dryer vents have absolutely nothing to do with Duct Blasters. Makes me think he has family with another business. I have an electronic filter on the furnace and they wanted me to buy the permanent one that can be washed. At around $200 I thought I'll check elsewhere to see if I can get it more ecomically. My husband took our existing one out and cleaned it. They didn't even do that. I spoke with someone at the office and told them to take me off their calling list.

I hired this company a couple of years ago after major renovations and was happy with the cleaning, although the final cost had several "extra" ducts that I couldn't find. The reason I am writing a review now is because they won't stop calling. They call 3 or 4 times a year asking if I want duct cleaning again, and they don't remove me from their list despite my requests. That is very annoying

I am disgusted at the new management of this company! They left behind a PILE of dirt in front of my furnace and he refuses to come back and clean it.

I've learned one thing when it comes to online reviews, don't base your opinion on what you read but on what you see. I decided to hire Duct Blasters and I was pleased with the service and I have no complaints. I really don't know much about vents and how to clean them but I found a couple questions online to ask them and they were able to answer each one.

The work seemed to be completed very well. Several days later it was minus 30, both furnaces stopped working, it was 10 degrees in the house and we called them. Their response call a plumber. They called one and he did nothing except tap a valve and give us another invoice. Very poor. Will be looking for someone else next time as their follow up is non existent especially during a critical time.

After reading a few reviews on your site I decided to make a few calls of my own. I found the best price out there was one provided by a company that you only had a five star rating called "Duct Blasters" The price was set at 129.95 and 9.95 each additional vent. I live in a small 850 square feet and it only cost me 149.85 plus tax. I found them to be very professional and they did a great job.
