    Shut-off leak

    The inside shut off to my outside hose outlet was dripping into the basement. I called in the afternoon and the plumber came the next morning and replaced the shutoff in about 20 minutes with supplies he had on his truck. Charge was a bit steep, but I am prepared to forgive this because of the efficient service.

    Plugged sewer line from downstairs laundry tub

    The response to my service call was only a few hours. The work was done quickly, neatly, with courtesy, humor and professionalism.

    Clogged pipe

    Showed up when they said they would. Had to come back the next day. Prompt, polite, quick results.Very pleased with the service.

    Tap repair due to leak

    So pleased with the knowledge of the plumber, Bruce, who identified the problem immediately. Repaired within 5 minuets, so pleased with quick service and repair. Will recommend this company and use for future issues

    REPAIR PUMP IN BASEMENT TOILET

    Kyle was a wonderful worker and a great person to have in our home. He was dedicated to our job, even refusing to go to another when asked by management, until he had completed the task in our home. Kyle was a great ambassador of Plumbing Medic.

    Hot water tank replacement and kictchen tap repacement

    Replaced hot water tank when we turn on hot water the system spits why? we have tried three times to turn on tps then flush toilet does not work we dont know what to do now.

    Death of a well jet pump...

    Workmen professional and informative. Quickly got the parts needed and installed in no time- and $100 cheaper than anyone else! They were available with 24hrs to solve the problem and had good communication from the moment I called the office needing help the time the workmen arrived and provided service. We will call them again with any plumping issues or renovations

    Replace tap

    Outside tap broke, water shut off, replaced the tap, made sure water was running ok before leaving Fast and efficient

    Opened the outdoor bathroom.

    I use these guys for all are plumbing issues. They are the best. Have been using them for 8 years and will continue.

    Hot water tank removal and installation. Disappointed that the tank was not made in Canada

    The guys worked efficiently. Might be an idea to use some sort of a runner when removing tanks to prevent leaking when tank is tipped. Cathy at the office was fantastic!

    Thanks for the reply All of our trucks do have drop Sheets on board the tank we used from the states is the best we can buy the Canadian stuff has let me down and warrenty isnt as good
