Delton Sullivan did a fantastic job repairing the fence. He came in under budget of his estimate. I give him full marks and would hire him again. I do have an issue with the office he works with. When asking for a ballpark estimate before sending the technician, they WAY underestimated the cost. They should manage customer expectations better by stating that estimates can't be given over the phone. Secondly, the work agreement on the contract states "Regular cleanup of debris and equipment" is included in the cost estimate. This is misleading since the customer assumes disposal of old debris. This is not the case. They charge extra for disposal. Change the text on the work agreement to make it more clear. This creates unnecessary friction.

We just wanted to take a moment and commend your representative Steve P on his excellent service. Steve came to our home to take measurements and provide further details on some work we are planning to do. His knowledge, attention to detail and insight were helpful and refreshing change. If this is the level of service we should anticipate when doing business with your company we look forward to the opportunity to do so.

I contacted Handyman for several small repairs. The contractor made all the repairs in a very professional manner, and in an excellent time frame. I had a very good experience with this type of service.

I had a water leak in my home. It created some damage to the ceiling in my kitchen. Rohan from Mr. Handyman came in and did a fantastic job. Can't even tell now that there was any damage at all. Great work!

Mr. Handyman's service tech Delton Sullivan showed up on time. He told what was needed to complete the install of a screen door at our side entrance. He was friendly and polite. He did such an excellent job installing our side door that we are going to hire him again to install the same type of door at our front entrance. We would recommend Mr. Handyman and Delton.

Contracted Mr. Handyman to complete a bathroom renovation. Their Tech, Alex, was fantastic. The work was completed very quickly and professionally. Do yourself a favor and use these guys! No the least expensive but then you get what you pay for!!

The project that I contacted Steve at Mr Handyman about was to remodel a shower enclosure replacing the tub with a Schluter Kerdi shower base and membrane plus the plumbing to install a dual function shower system and the electrical to install a ceiling fan. The project took several days and was completed to my satisfaction. The plumbing conversion was quite complex. There was an issue several days after the installation with a leaking solder joint. The team responded very quickly and repaired the problem before any damage occurred at their expense with no questions asked. I would recommend Mr Handyman Richmond Hill to others.

I am very pleased with the work of the technicians from this company namely Neville and Alex. Both were very courteous, and did an excellent job to repair the problems. Both used their initiative to resolve the problems and repairs were within a budget.

Once again, I have Mr. Handyman take care of some work for me. This is the third time (and NOT the last). This time, I had my evestrough cleaned and tightened, some downspout extensions attached, a hose reel mounted and a rain barrel put in place. My technician was Neville Persaud and there are not enough words for this man. My Mom gave him the nickname "The Man with the Hands of Gold." From what I understand, Mr. Handyman of Richmond Hill has a team of professional gentlemen and I will no doubt meet some of them as my household projects require different expertise. Nonetheless, I have every confidence that I will be extremely satisfied. Excellent work... thank you again.

Called Mr. Handyman on May 7, 2013. Darko and his worker arrived on time, completed the job an hour earlier than estimated. They replaced a broken fence post. We thought we would have to replace 2 panels of fence. They repaired the fence using the same boards. It looks great a perfect repair. Cleaned up and left everything tidy. I have already booked them for the next job. I will highly recommend them to friends and family. Very courteous and respectful.
