One of my cables broke. I called on a Friday and they apologized and said they couldn't make it out till Monday. No problem, wasn't expecting weekend service anyway. Arrived when they said, repaired quickly and also reattached my weather-stripping where I had knocked a portion out of the track. 4 months later and no issues. Excellent service and fair price. Will definitely call again for the next issue.

My double garage door was running very poorly and was out of level. Tony replaced the traveler on the opener, realigned the tracks and levelled the door. The door now runs better than it has in a long time. Tony was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend him for any garage door repair/adjustment.

We had to get our garage door replaced. Had Tony fix it previously before for us and he had warned us that it would only last a couple more years. Thanks to him we got 7 more years out of it and finally bit the bullet and replaced it this year. Tony was punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable. We love his laid back personality and nothing is too big of a job for him. We love the work Tony did and that he didnt try to upsell us on fancy doors or windows as we were looking for the most cost efficient way. Our new garage door is beautiful and the neighbors have all commented how nice it looks and how quickly it was all done. The new garage door opener Tony got for us is super quiet as well and even has an app so we never have to worry if it is open without us knowing! We have referred some friends as well who have gotten doors done by Tony and are overly pleased too.

We found Tony to be knowledgeable and friendly. He is a one man show who does a great job and leaves an extremely clean site! We are extremely satisfied with our new double door. We did get other quotes and found Best Doors Inc to be the choice even though it wasn't the lowest bid. Thanks Tony!

40 year old commercial grade spring broke on a heavy wooden single door. Called Best Doors (Tony) based on HomeStars reviews and scheduled for 10am next day. Tony called early in the afternoon and had a cancellation (coincidentally right after fixing my Son's rental property garage door). He was here in less than a half hour and replaced and oiled the spring. At no charge he also replaced a missing bearing wheel on the (torsion) tube shaft. He reset the opener as I had turned the power off. All in all, excellent service and price. Could't be happier ! Highly recommend.

Great service . Broken spring Friday at 5 PM. Service done and operational by 9.am Saturday. I am a repeat customer as I had exemplary service 6 + years ago on a snowy Christmas eve that didn't break the bank. Highly recommended.

Our garage door stopped working yesterday. We contacted Tony and he was able to swing by our place the next day to address the issue. We had an issue with a 20 year old Overhead Door 1/2 HP opener. Had a technician from a different company come out and he estimated $800+ for a new motor/ head unit (including $100 discount if we bought it right then on the spot). Pressure sales? No thanks! Fortunately, I'd talked with Tony on the phone the day before, and he talked about the possible problems, solutions, and prices without even coming out to see our door. He gave me a quote over the phone of $500 to replace the opener with a new Chamberlain 3/4 HP super quiet one. He showed up the next day right when promised (actually a few minutes early), and had the new opener installed with a new exterior keypad, two remotes, and even wi-fi connectivity. The new door opener is absolutely fantastic! Tony's efficiency and professionalism (and pricing) were top notch. 5 star review for Best Doors Inc in my mind!! Highly recommended for garage door service!!

I had a malfunctioning garage door and Tony came out within a few hours to fix it. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm very glad that I found him on Homestars and would highly recommend him to everyone.

Replaced our garage door opener where I purchased all the parts. Tony was efficient, friendly and punctual. Install was done in 45 mins and he cleaned up after himself. He also took the time to explain how to use the new system and helped us setup the app (connects to wifi) and the exterior keypad.
