We bought a beautiful home in Kanata. We like to repaint the bedrooms and bathrooms before moving in. Makes life easy and one bedroom really needed to be repainted. The colour was awful. I did not have much time between getting the keys to the house and moving in. I contacted One Day Paint. Leesa came to our rental home with all kinds of colour choices. She showed expertise and knowledge. The came to paint on a Saturday with a crew of 4. They were courteous and very pleasant. They worked hard through out the day. When they were done, Leesa took the time to do a walk through with me. I did not notice but Leesa keen eye say that one wall in one of the bedroom did not get a second coat. Not a problem, they took care of it. Overall they were prompt, efficient, polite and PROFESSIONAL. I would not hesitate on referring them to my family and friends.

We had our entire home painted by WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. Leesa was meticulous, efficient and very professional. The job was done in the time frame that was agreed upon and we are very happy with the final results. We have had many family and friends ask for the name of our painter and we are confident in recommending WOW 1 DAY PAINTING to anyone.

WOW 1 Day Painting was a great investment for us in terms of obtaining the most value for our money. We contracted Leesa Franklin and her team to paint the first floor of our house and a staircase to give it a fresh look. Having the work done in one day, which is of high quality without an increased cost was a selling point. The level of service was great as well in terms of ensuring we chose the right colour palette. She even came in a few days ahead of time, on her day off no less, to patch the walls and ensure that everything was ready so that the painting project could be completed on time. The staff were also friendly and courteous. It did require a bit more work on our part than expected but it was still manageable (i.e., about a half day of preparation ahead of time and afterwards there were a couple of minor paint touch-ups and a bit of clean-up required). Overall, the experience was very good and we recommend this company to others who want the convenience of a one-day project without trading off quality or increasing cost. Chantal B.

I would not hesitate to recommend Leesha and her company in the future. She had an infinite amount of patience with us (we could not seem to make up our minds on choice of paint colors). In the end we went with Oxford White. There were a couple of minor drips but Leesha came back and promptly fixed them. She is a consummate professional..

Before I found Wow 1 Day, I had an absolutely awful experience with another painter just before the holiday season leaving me an incredibly difficult position, and my condo looking terrible. Thankfully, I found Wow 1 Day online. Wow 1 Day Painting was able - with only a few days notice - to come in, fix all of the issues and paint my whole condo flawlessly. Leesha Cunningham, the Wow 1 Day owner, was sympathetic, customer-focused, and highly professional. She kicked the job off in the morning with a thoughtful gift - thanking me for my business - and when I returned home that same day, the job was done, and done beautifully. The paint job was gorgeous, the house was clean and the team even did a few little extras without charge. Leesha and her team were courteous and highly skilled. I honestly don't know why anyone would ever select another painting company after experiencing Wow 1 Day Painting. The difference is unbelievable. I can not recommend Leesha and her team enough. From the estimate process to the job's completion, the work was seamless. They are amazing and frankly, even better than advertised. I am officially a fan.

First of all, I'm a repeat customer. I had her team come in to paint my previous house (I was selling at the time). It went very, very well, so I had them paint my new house too. Just have Leesha come in for a quote, and you'll want to work with her. She's friendly and very knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable for the quality they deliver, and did I mention they painted a large 4 bedroom house in 2 days?! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Really pleased with the service! It started right from when I decided I needed help. With only a week to go and new tenants moving in, I was panicked by the amount of painting i needed to do. So I called and within a day I had an appointment, estimate and commitment to do the work. They did an excellent painting job right from making sure colour matched (or in my case we had troubles with mismatch) to being on time to doing a really professional job. I'll definitely call them again.

They did a great job painting, it was very professionnal, but we received very bad customer service. The colour didn't turn out well and we now have to live with walls that do not look like what we asked. They refuse to paint it again with another colour for a smaller price. Since we paid a lot of money to have our apartment painted and we are not satisfied with how it turned out, I think that the 200$ rebate they gave us is not satisfactory. I would have preferred to receive good customer service, have a nice conversation with the manager and find a solution but she preferred to lecture us on different topics (regarding how we had "too many windows", for example) and not meet us with our needs. All in all, I'd say they are perfect if you want your walls painted white because they are efficient and professional, but we got really bad customer service and it was very expensive. *I need to edit this review since the owner of the company keeps on editing her answer. She proposed four colours to us. They are the professionnals, we trusted us. She showed us the colours alone, not in their palette. We chose a light gray, not knowing it was a blue/purple-gray, since we didn't see the palette. She didn't propose to apply a sample on the walls to see how it would turn out, but she admitted later she does it with her other clients — why not me, I wonder? She didn't stop when she saw how it was turning out, she didn't call us. We went to see because we were curious but otherwise we wouldn't have know before 2 days it was turning out purple/blue. Apparently (I heard that from the handyman) her employees told her it was not turning out correctly, but she didn't tell us or asked them to stop so we would see before they kept on painting ALL THE ROOMS in the apartment. Whatever we said, she kept on telling us it was gray, it was gray, it was not purple, it was not blue. I went to the Benjamin Moore's store, and the employee over there showed me the palette. He told me it's a gray with lots of blue and he showed me how it is purple in its darker tones. I am really tired of Leesha trying to tell me it's my fault, I had approved this, I had choosen the colours. There were no customor service whatsoever with this company and I had to pay 2000$ from another company to get it fixed. But of course it's my fault, will the owner say. Nevertheless, I never received a service so bad from a professional. I'm a first time buyer; I've been warned...*

Very satisfied with Wow 1 Day Painting. The free consultation was useful and the whole process was very smooth. Mine was a small job (2 accent walls) but it was still handled promptly and professionally and made sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend them.
