Excellent and Prompt Service
Starter on my gas fireplace did not work. Jack responded to my inquiry on a weekend and scheduled an appointment. [I used the Home Stars find a Pro Service which is great]. The technician was superb. He explained everything and did a deep clean. I get annual checks on my gas fireplace and cleaning (last one in September) but Ive never had such an extensive clean as this time! He got my fireplace working! I will highly recommend this company.

Furnace Install
Dealing with Jack for 12 years. Solid service - quick - have had 2 furnace installs and air conditioner install, as well as repairs for the past 12 years. Very satisfied. I have referred this company to my friends and family.

Ive been dealing with Direct Air for about 25 years to service my AC and heating. Jack has always been professional and very fair and very responsive. I highly recommend this company. No reservations.

Great Salesperson, Professional Installers
Spoke with Robert the salespeson over a year ago as I was considering a new furnace. Put it off until this summer and helped keep cost flat and installation team was very professional. Very happy

Furnace and air conditioner
Had furnace, air conditioner and humidifier replaced. It only took a little over 4 hours to do and they left the place spotless and took everything away. They also cover floor and stairs to protect them. The guys were friendly and courteous , I totally recommend these guys !

furnace installation
We purchased a furnace from Direct air systems. They responded quickly, the work was excellent, the installers were polite and the cost was good. Overall service was excellent. We are happy we called them.

Furnace Replacement
Called Direct Air for a no heat call on my aging furnace in the middle of winter. Technician confirmed my suspicion that blower was gone so made more sense to replace with new. Direct Air had a crew with a new furnace at my door in less than 3 hours, and installed within 2 hours after that. Fantastic quick same-day service and a very competitive price.

Furnace Installation
The Installers who installed my furnace were very knowledgeable they answered all my questions and the workmanship is very professional, tgey qorked safely, neat, clean up when they were done and final product looks amazing done with alot of care and pride in tge work they do.
