    Waterline replacement

    We've been suffering from low water pressure for the last few years and all the time postponed solving the problem. Finally we decided to replace the main water-line and hired AquaLux Draining & Plumbing for the task. As water is the main thing in the house, the decision was very serious. And AquaLux Draining & Plumbing didn't bring us down. They did everything within 3 days and gave us a discount on their service. We were greatly pleased with the result.

    Trenchless Drain Repair

    I want to thank this team of real professionals for their perfect skills! They applied a special trenchless technology called pipe-bursting and saved my lovely lawn from being destroyed totally. A very unpleasant thing is to have any trouble with draining system, but if you already faced it – hire AquaLux Draining & Plumbing for sure.

    Drain Replacement

    A great advantage of the service is a free camera inspection and immediate pinpointing of the problem. I hired AquaLux Draining & Plumbing for the first time as far as was not satisfied with the plumbing services I had used before. These guys were recommended by my parents as very skillful, and I was not disappointed! A technician was polite and explained me his every step, the job was done neat, so I will recommend AquaLux to all my friends.

    waterproof

    Me and my husband have just moved into a new house anc shortly found out that we had to do a waterproof. Had 4 estimates and and decided to go with AquaLux and would recommend them for these reasons: -reasonable cost -professional team -company worked around my schedule - cleanup is amazing -extremely friendly staff I have recommended them to my friend and would definitely call them if I ever have another problem.     Plumbing inspection

    Based on positive Homestars reviews I hired Igor to scope my drains. Igor showed me how my drains were configured and gave me good advice on what work should be done. He knows his stuff.

    Installation of sewer back-flow prevention valve and sump pump

    Igor and his team at Aqualux were a pleasure to be involved with. We found Igor through our neighbour who was happy with his company's work. After a basement flood due to sewer back-up, we had a competitor give us a quote for installation of a sewer back-flow prevention valve. Unimpressed, we called Igor. Despite being very busy, Igor was able to give us a quote for the back-flow valve and also made us realize that we needed a sump pump and a clean-out installed as well. Igor also suggested a newly approved type of top-closing back-flow valve. Both his suggestions showed us that Igor really knew what he was doing. Igor's polite and friendly team arrived right when they were supposed to, and energetically began the work. The work was efficiently done and neatly cleaned up. Igor then returned to inspect his team's work. We now realize that had we gone with our first plumbing contractor instead of Igor and Aqualux, we would have had no better protection than doing nothing at all. Igor's understanding of our basement situation and the work he did for us means that our basement flooding is now a just a bad memory. I highly recommend this very professional company.     Changed pipes

    I didn't face a disaster, but also used the service of AquaLux. They changed me a pipe in the bathroom. The one that connects sink started leaking and the floor was wet all the time. I was afraid to flood neighbours flat downstairs, so called a plumber at once. I've heard much good about this company so didn't even hesitate a second. The pipe wasn't badly damaged, so the worker did everything very fast, gave me a very reasonable price and I was in total much satisfied.

    Camera Inspection and Problem Location

    I called and spoke to Igor when we noticed our drain running very slowly from the house. I called in the evening and scheduled to have him meet me the next morning at our home. Igor promptly showed up on time and gave me a thorough and honest report of our current situation. Using the camera and other tools, I was given exact locations of all our problem areas and as a result was able to make an informed decision on how best to address them. Igor's approach was very helpful and informative, and in no way did I ever feel like I was being sold on something that didn't need to be done.

    Sanitary fitments changing

    We have moved to the apartment where used to live an old couple. The flat is neat, but all the furniture and device are worn-out of course. The worst situation was with the bathroom; here we had to change everything starting with a shower faucet and to the toilet itself. To find the service that would do it within 1-2 days is really difficult, but how to live without a bathroom? Just impossible! Thanks to Igor and his guys – the job was done as a flash! In the evening we could already enjoy our brand-new lavatory equipment and the whole thing was finished till the next noon. We still have to repair kitchen and change all the devices there but cannot afford it yet. Anyway AquaLux surely will be the company to do that for us. We highly recommend them.

    Clogged kitchen sink

    I always try to keep my kitchen clean and I'm very careful with all the devices there, but I also don’t know a woman who would never face clogged sink. That’s not a disaster of course and most can overcome it by themselves, but my case wasn't like this. I tried hard & used all those liquids to dissolve the clog, but nothing helped. Actually it turned to be a piece of a plastic cup who-knows-from-where, so I couldn't have helped with that in the pipe anyway. The resume is very simple – I called AquaLux, they came in 40 min and after 10 minutes my sink was ready for washing the plates again! Nothing to add, just fast, effective and low-cost. Thanks much.
