    16 windows and patio door

    We chose companies for quotes very carefully. Based on the ratings and the advice we received from the representative of the company Evgeniy we decided to go with Total Home and we could not be any happier with the results! We got a good price and amazing quality, the communication was very easy and the installer team did everything very carefully and professionally. We highly recommend this company to everyone. We will definitely be back with the next project.

    Windows Installation

    I do not recommend using this company. Windows were measured incorrectly and had to be rebuilt. Conflicting information on installation dates between installer and office. Sales/Admin team were very painful to deal with customer service is not their strong point. Lots of companies out there, save your self the headaches and look elsewhere. The installer Steve did a good job and the end result looks good (only reason any stars were awarded as part of my review). He was very friendly and courteous and did a good job on installation. I would recommend the company deploy an additional installer so the install is done quicker as 3 small windows took around 10hrs total.

    New Front and Back Doors - Amazing Service!

    We recently had our front and back doors replaced in our home. Total Home Windows and Doors was incredibly responsive and helpful right from the start. Eugene was quick to respond, helpful in making suggestions and helping us pick out the perfect doors. Due to the current market and supply chain issues it took a few months for our doors to come but it was worth the wait! In the meantime the company was very responsive and kept us up-to-date. The doors are gorgeous and the quality is amazing. The team that came and installed the doors were also great to work with. They were efficient but really made sure everything was perfect and you would almost never know they were here - they cleaned up everything. We had a small suggestion at the end of the install and they fixed it immediately, no problem at all. The company is very helpful and customer focused. We are super happy and would recommend Total Home Windows and Doors to anyone.

    Had our front and side doors replaced we are thrilled with the results. Longuin and his partner were fantastic installers. Clean and meticulous. Longuin is a true craftsman. Eugene was also super helpful. He took provide help in choosing the right door and helped me change my request a month before installation (sorry!! LOL). Thank you Eugene!! The black doors look amazing! Will be calling this company later this year when we redo our windows!

    Windows and Door Replacement

    We had our front door and all windows in our home replaced. From the first discussions with Vitaly to the team that completed the work, it was excellent service and workmanship throughout. They overcame supply chain challenges everyone is facing and kept us informed throughout, managing expectations every step of the way and delivered quality product as promised. It was an excellent team on site as well, professional, efficient, respectful, clean throughout the installation efforts and after leaving, as well as answering our questions whenever we asked.     Amazing job and price

    Very good quality windows and doors at great price. Installed in 1 day. Front door, patio door and 12 windows. Sales person was never pushy and did not try to sell more expensive products but sold us exactly what was best for our house and budget.
