    Great Modern Windows!!!

    My experience with Total Home Windows and Doors was outstanding! They replaced all of my windows with sleek modern windows. Alex the Project Manager was extremely helpful and gave excellent suggestions when making my selection. While doing the work, Demitri and the crew were so polite and respectful. Their attention to detail and their workmanship was outstanding. Alex communicated with me throughout the entire project so I knew what to expect. I would HIGHLY recommend Total Home Windows and Doors!!

    Good customer services

    I knew this company from the advertising and got a quote for 5 windows at the end of May 2021. I was glad that the government launched a new rebate program called Greener home grant program. Unfortunately, I was told that only 1 of my windows were qualified for the rebate. I told customer service about my concerns and Mr. Vitaly followed up my case. He was very knowledgeable and professional, clearly explained how all windows will meet the government's criteria and upgrade the features but the price is within my budget. My husband and I were very happy with his service.

    Great Windowx

    We absolutely love our new windows and doors. We had 21 windows and 2 entrance doors installed early May 2021. We had great service from Alex and the install team. Great value for the money. We highly recommend.

    Windows & Doors

    Daniel our consultant was very knowledgeable and informative. Based on the info, and samples he showed us, we were confident in our decisions and are very happy with the results. The installers were friendly and very efficient. Would recommend Total to anyone.

    Well Done!

    We had all of our windows and doors replaced during outer Covid Reno! The Representative from the company handled our file from beginning to end. Thanks so much for providing us our windows and doors during what seemed like our never ending Reno project during Covid. We had a few bumps in the road during this long drawn out project, but they stuck with it, and with us every step of the way. They tried to always work fairly with us and accommodate our needs. That did not go unnoticed and we appreciated your dedication. Thanks again!

    Windows and door

    Vitaly came out and gave us an estimate. Out of all of the companies I dealt with he was the most thorough and open about the job and services. He took the time to educate my husband and I on the different methods of installation and the benefits. We visited their showroom and got a feel of the product before making a decision and it was ultimately the best price in the end with quality comfort level. His installers Vitaly and Eugene were efficient, professional and clean. Thank you THWD.

    Entire home windows and doors replacement

    Total Home Windows And Doors did an amazing job with the replacement of our home's windows and doors. It was a pleasure working with the entire crew, starting with Daniel to the installers. Daniel's customer's service is flawless, he explained the entire process and answered all of our questions, Daniel is very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with, he is positive and very creative, he designed the Transom for our front door and it looks amazing! The installers where an absolute pleasure to work with, i could not believe how clean they left the entire premises once they completed the job. Thank you very much Total Home Windows And Doors, job well done!!!!!

    New door

    Attentive consultation with long delay to installation (which was fine as delays due to COVID expected), however the colour of the door was different than the trim contrary to our contract. Multiple requests to fix the issue and one attempt to rectify (contractor just showed up one day unannounced and started working on it) with the colour just being changed to another unmatched colour. If you are going to use this company, make sure you're clear with them about the colour options and maybe just stick to black so you don't have the same issues as we did.

    7 Windows and Patio sliding door

    Dealt with Vitaly. Out of all of the companies I dealt with he was the most thorough and open about the job and services. Took the time to educate me on the different methods of installation and the benefits. He also provided great recommendations that were cost effective and was ultimately the best price in the end. His installers were efficient and clean. There was a small mix up with the framing of the sliding door, but Vitaly addressed it quickly with 0 hassle. Highly recommended!

    Stunning Entrance and Back Doors, Absolutely Recommend

    Needed double-front and back doors replaced. Called a number of companies and not only did they give me a competitive price, but Vitaly (the owner) came out personally to give us an estimate and took the time to sit down in the backyard of our home and give us feedback about what he thought would be best fit for what we were looking for. These doors are very high-quality, and the installation was done flawlessly. As the double-front doors are on a busy street, we wanted the triple lock system. This was something other companies were discouraging us from adding, however, not Vitaly - he made sure to find the proper locks for our needs. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond from start to finish. The doors have been installed for several months now, and they are stunning. We receive complements on them from everyone who passes our home, a real show stopper. Thank you Total Home Windows and Doors.
