Hi Ann and Total Home Team, I need to tell you that I had my doubts regarding the service and windows we installed after the job was finished. ...and you can not blame me for this, isn’t it? It’s a crazy world outside. We only can share the past good or bad experience and with Total Home Windows and Doors it was a great one! Your statement that you guys will make it PERFECT I thought is only a sell speech, but... I have to tell you the experience of dealing with all of you was amazing! For example after the installation I thought that a small piece of glue left inside the windows will not be a warranty item…and I was wrong! You sent the service crew to replace the whole glass panel. I am not sure how many companies will do this. It is an unusual story to pass around and I already told couple of my friends and clients. They were surprised to find out there are still companies out which is standing behind the work and the product they sell. Ann, I do not remember the owner/boss name but please do me a favor and pass my appreciation and thanks to him and the whole team that make such an astonishing business experience! The service was great and the price was right! Also feel free to use my name & email to show your clients. You guys really deserve it! I just had the windows of my place replaced by the products of Total Home Windows and Doors and I must admit that they have done a great job. The problems that we faced were dealt expertly by the team and our house looks and feels better now. The salesperson Anna is an efficient lady and I must compliment them on completing the task in record time before our energy audit was due to be done. We were quite stuck while researching for installers and most of them were quoting a time of 1.5 month to complete the job. Total Home Windows and Doors completed the job within 3 weeks as we needed. Getting basement windows replaced is tough and they gave awning windows which are working fine and we have got rid of rattling sounds. You should definitely consider them when looking to replace windows.

I am in love with my new windows done by Total Home! Everything looks so spec and span. My neighbors are complimenting me on the choice which is making me proud and of course it feels beautiful to enter into the rooms. The installers were professional and tidy. I am extremely happy with their work and the fact that they cleaned up before leaving. Touch-ups required are minimal and my expectations were met. Thank you, Total Home.

I am extremely satisfied with the all round performance of Total Home Windows and Doors team. Their quality, design and installation techniques are superior to many others and they met our expectations. Vitaly is fantastic with the job and offers advice only after analyzing the situation. We were looking through the details of a number of companies but settled with them because Vitaly explained all the details to us and negotiated the price with us. So when it came to buying the balance of the replacement doors and windows we simply opted for Vitaly and the team for our home.

We just had our bedrooms windows replaced which were well over 3 decades. These windows leaked and made the bedroom hot in summer and cold in winter. However, were skeptical to let them go since they fitted the house. However, our doubts were clarified by Vitaly and paying us a visit. The price and the quality which Vitaly showed us erased the doubts from our mind. We thought its good value for money. Dimitry, the installer did a great job and they used a drop cloth and cleaned up the place after completing their work. Our room is comfortable and cozy now with beautiful, airtight windows. Thus, I will definitely recommend Total Home Windows and Doors.

We had all the windows and a Patio door replaced. I would highly recommend Total Home to anyone, for window work. The sales rep. was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. The installers were excellent!! Very efficient, professional and clean. I was amazed how clean and tidy they left the house. An excellent company to deal with!!!!!

Changing the windows at my house could not have been easier thanks to Total Home. My wife and I decided to change the outdated windows to energy efficient glass to save on the monthly bills as well as to give the house a face lift. I heard about this company through my neighbor who had his front door replaced, and im very glad with the decision I made to use them as well - so here I am recommending it to others!

I recently had two windows installed, for one window they had to cut out the brick wall, and I'm extremely happy with the workmanship and product provided by Total Home. They accommodated my schedule for the installation date, arrived on time, protected my floors, the installation was done neat and professional, they were done in the time they had estimated, cleaned up when they were finished and the price was in accordance to my quote! I'd certainly recommend Total Home, it's hard to find such a good company, and they will get my business again next time. Everyone is commenting on the nice new windows and I was very pleased with the job Dimitry & his crew did.
