We wanted to turn our finished and under utilized basement into a cozy, kid friendly space where we could all relax. After getting a number of quotes we decided to go with NPC Renovations. They offerred competetive pricing and more detailed and extensive plan of work. And we can say were not disappointed. They have completed the work on time and they are open and willing to make necessary adjustments during the process. What we like about Natanael is that he makes great suggestions and ideas but respects our wishes t the same time. The whole team worked hard to make this happen. We continue to receive complements. Overall we are very impressed with the desire of Natanael and the team to ensure that we were happy with the final product. Note that NPC 'cleaned-up' our ducts so that the ceiling will look cleaner, by rerouting the HVAC channels ...

We engaged NPC to renovate our unfinished basement starting in Jan 2016, & are very happy with the results. The price quoted was the price we paid-no extra charges. NPC owner Nat was very involved throughout the entire process. His layout ideas were very efficient of making the most of the space available, transforming the basement into a bedroom, bathroom, large great room with a kitchen, furnace/utility room, and LOTS of closets & storage space-not one square inch was wasted! His crew & subs (electricians & painters only, as his crew did everything else) were at our house everyday, & are courteous, polite, & extremely competent. Nat & NPC have a "nothing is impossible" attitude which gave me the confidence to have him remove a support column in the basement & to install a larger I-beam to make up for the missing column. This work was backed by stamped drawings from a structural engineer that Nat introduced us to. Additionally, he readily offered assistance in addressing other work around the house (installed a new toilet in the powder room, added extra outside taps (including a hot water tap into the garage!)) for which he didn't charge extra. We would not hesitate for a second, to recommend Nat & NPC to others. We are looking forward to the day when he can renovate our kitchen! (Sorry for the upside down pictures-not sure how that happened but there is no option to rotate the picture on the Homestars site!)

We recently hired NPC for a complete reno of our main floor. TheyNathaniel did an A1 job from demo to completion. We could not have been more pleased. We were very particular and I can say without hesitation that NPC gets a 10 out of 10. They are extremely hard-working and professional. We lived in the basement while the reno was going on and day after day for six months they showed up to work until the job was completed to our complete satisfaction. We were impressed with how they took the time to explain things and helped us make the right decisions regarding choosing materials and layouts for the rooms. Do not hesitate to hire NPC. You will not regret it. Our experience left us happy and content.

I rarely write reviews on companies but this was a must! I cannot say enough good things about NPC. For the quality of work, price and people who work for NPC, you can’t go wrong. This was our first major home renovation and we were extremely happy that we chose NPC. We contacted and met with a number of the other TOP / HIGH-RATED reno contractors on HOMESTARS, but NPC came out on top. I read reviews and also spoke with a previous NPC customer and saw first-hand the great work NPC had done for them. Natanael takes pride in his work and always ensures that the customer is happy and satisfied with his work. Natanael and his crew were excellent and very easy to work with. His crew was extremely polite and hardworking. After the end of a work day, the crew would sweep and vacuum ensuring that the reno site was as dust-free as possible. The team was always on time starting 8am sharp or earlier. Our project was completed on time and on budget. If we needed to make a minor change, there was no issue. We were always notified about the stages and where we were during the reno process. Natanael was always easy to reach by phone, e-mail or text and responded very quickly, which is important during a home reno. Our basement is beautiful now, compared to how it used to look. We are very happy with our basement reno and have had many compliments from friends. We originally had a certain basement layout in mind, but with Natanael’s expertise, he gave us many ideas and other layout ideas that we would've never thought of. We have already referred other family friends to NPC. Thank you again Natanael and crew. Thanks for making our first renovation a great one and for putting up with the multiple changes and questions we had during the process. It was a pleasure working with you and meeting you all. Natanael and his team completely redid our powder room and updated our foyer. From the very beginning, Natanael was very attentive to what we were looking for and he took the time to answer our questions with clear explanations. He had a detailed contract and was able to provide all the information we asked for. He began within the dates he had given. He was easy to reach and would answer quickly to any request or question. His approach with us and with his team was very positive and efficient. We really appreciated how he treated situations with professionalism and understanding. His tradesmen were very polite and hard working. They always prep the house before they began working and cleaned up at the end of the day. We are very pleased with Natanael and his team's work and we will call him again for sure for any other renovation project.

10 +++++Amazing job . We would like to say thank you Natanael and your execellent teams for the beautiful job carried out on Our Brand New Salon& Spa in Mississauga. Remember the first time when we met you that was three years ago and you did removed the low bearing wall at our Escobar house . The work was completed very good , the quality finishing was great with very reasonable price and on time.We were happy. Two years later in August 2014 , we knew you are very good in what you do and your schedule would be booked up very quickly , my husband wants to reserve the spot for you to build our upcoming Salon &Spa in Mississauga in 2015. Thank to my husband did that and you are really tried to work on your busy schedule to keep the spot for us because the new plaza kepts delaying and delaying.Without you , we dont think the salon can operate right now and still under construction. For that reason , you are such a patient person .You scheduled a big team from architecture , designer to employees to work with the project so many times very well manner , doens't matter weekdays or weekends . Jobs started from nothing, digging in the ground to do the foundation, running plumbing for 8 pedicure chairs , 2 shampoo sinks , 2 full spa treatments rooms with standing shower, a handicap washroom and electrical of all the lighting fixtures we have right now at the salon, it is a huge commitment&responsibilities. Specially the task at the hair station took so much time cause the details of the wall panel to put them up to the wall and remove the joints .You added on so many extra details & works as long as to make the job nice & right but never asked for extra charged. Beyond the expectation ,Natico.You are very young but your experiences and knowlegdes with a always possitive attitude, you will go very very far . If anyone concerns about your company for second though, please give them my number .Renovating a house already a lot of works , but building a commercial place , it would be a thousand things more but you didn't make us feel that way . Thank you!!! You make the place so beautiful and high-end with your workmanships. The quality can not be any better . You asked your team to run electric outlet with seeing no wires. We knew it tooks so much longer to do that than just get an outlet.But you wanted that. it makes things so tidy and neat .Thump up.The 6 manicure stations at a small area to fit all in and customers still can pass by these stations , it's requied a lot of skills and smart to do that . You did it.Work really well , Natico. How you scaled things with the desingers , perfection!. We are sure to do this project based on the drawing , transferming from paper to realistic are absolutely not simple . But you did it again . And not forgetting about dealling with the city of Mississauga werent easy . From framing inspection to final completion with all the rules and reguation of the city, buidling codes , fire codes ......but you made everything so smooth. No concerns at all . If we have another one , YES you will be our one and only one contractor .Definately no second thinking . we are very very satisfied with your finishing job .We love every single detail you put in.We have recieved so many great & possitive comments about the place and we are sure it will keep continuing. We can not describe by words .How much we are very appreciated you to take care of this job.It means so much for us and the place turns out so so nice,modern and very special than thousand thousand of salon and spa in GTA. You started from the scratch and it was a big project for almost 5 months. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the tradesmen. After completing the complete renovation of our main bathroom we then had NPC complete the renovation of the Master En-suite. Their attention to detail and understanding our wants and needs were greatly appreciated. We would definitely have Nataneal complete renovations in the future.

Natanael and his team are outstanding. He is very easy to work with and genuinely wants you to be extremely happy with everything he does. "Problem" does not exist in his vocabulary, rather it's "anything is possible". Natanael and Pupi have the experience to tackle anything that arises with creative approaches that you will be very satisfied with. All his trades are extremely good too: plumber, electrician, mudders, tile mason, and painters all are skilled and take pride in their work. Everyone is polite, shows up when they say they will, work hard and cleanup after themselves. We are so happy with his work; we should be living in the basement rather than the rest of the house! We've already recommended him to neighbours. We'd love to have him back to do our upstairs kitchen. Eric and Lisa.

Natico and his crew completed our total basement renovation ahead of schedule and to our complete satisfaction. He took on the whole job crossing lines of many skill groups. It was very impressive to see him tackle all aspects with high technical ability. Him and his crew were always punctual and never missed a day. i would recommend him mostly for his reliability and quality of the work done.

The NPC team recently completed an entire home renovation for us. Their precision and efficiency is second to none. They did an incredible job communicating and staying on schedule despite the number of obstacles that were discovered throughout the project. Their team had solutions by the time we knew we had any problems, easing any stress on our end. They were detail-oriented and went above and beyond with each aspect of the project. Five stars is not enough to justify our satisfaction with them!
