The NPC team recently completed an entire home renovation for us. Their precision and efficiency is second to none. They did an incredible job communicating and staying on schedule despite the number of obstacles that were discovered throughout the project. Their team had solutions by the time we knew we had any problems, easing any stress on our end. They were detail-oriented and went above and beyond with each aspect of the project. Five stars is not enough to justify our satisfaction with them!

We recently hired NPC for a complete reno of our main floor. TheyNathaniel did an A1 job from demo to completion. We could not have been more pleased. We were very particular and I can say without hesitation that NPC gets a 10 out of 10. They are extremely hard-working and professional. We lived in the basement while the reno was going on and day after day for six months they showed up to work until the job was completed to our complete satisfaction. We were impressed with how they took the time to explain things and helped us make the right decisions regarding choosing materials and layouts for the rooms. Do not hesitate to hire NPC. You will not regret it. Our experience left us happy and content.

After a master bathroom Reno in 2019, hired Natanael and his hard working team (Antonio & Juan) to redo family and basement bathrooms, replace laundry sink/piping, install French doors/framing & replace den ceiling. I am very particular but can say, without hesitation, NPC is the best. Hard working, true to their word, quality work and very responsive. Natanael replied to my texts and calls faster than family members! Antonio & Juan were always on time and worked without taking breaks. Chose NPC to re-shingle entire roof, replace all eavestroughs and soffits, and extend the front roofline 10' to cover front porch. We are completely satisfied with the results and were totally comfortable throughout the process. Neighbours stop and complement the work and how great it looks all the time. This wasn't a cheap project but NPC explained everything and broke down component costs clearly. NPC also offered aesthetic opinions (which we went with) when many other contractors were reluctant to do. Would use NPC again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently renovated our whole house with NPC. I would like to start by saying thank you to Natanael and his team for such an outstanding job and support throughout this process. We love the new and updated look of the house. I could barely recognize my old house once all the renovations were done and this wouldn't be possible without Natanael's recommendations and additions to our original ideas. Last month we completed our basement renovations project with NPC. This is my third time working with them and once again we are amazed by the quality of the job. The crew performed an amazing job including cleaning after each day to ensure the whole house was left as dust free as possible, since we were still living in the house through the whole project. We love our new basement and cant wait to create new memories. Thank you NPC and team.

I think one of the fears of having a renovation done is what if something needs to be addressed months or even years down the road. We recently had a service inspection on a fireplace that NPC had installed as part of a full first floor renovation 8 years ago. A fantastic renovation that we still look back on with great pride. The fireplace had been safely installed and worked for years but technically there was an issue with the manufacturer's specs on ventilation materials. The fireplace company deemed that they couldnt certify or complete the inspection without the necessary changes and had to turn off the gas to the fireplace. They left it to us to arrange with our contractor to sort out. Now 8 years later Natanael came over, acknowledged the problem, guaranteed his previous work and made all the necessary changes, making sure the installation was up to code and at his expense. I dont think one could hope for more than that.

A couple of years ago we contracted NPC Building & Renovations LTD to do a full remodel of our powder room and to replace our basement flooring. Based on the excellent experience we had previously, we did not hesitate to engage them again when we decided to do a full renovation of our ensuite bathroom. Once again, Natanael was fully responsive to our many questions and concerns. Other than changes we initiated NPC's original quote and estimated timeline stood firm. NPC's work was first-rate. The crew always arrived promptly on time and were exceptionally clean throughout the entire renovation process. They also seamlessly dealt with a few minor hiccups that were encountered during the project. Just like our initial experience with NPC, we are extremely happy with the results and will definitely use NPC for any future home renovation projects. I would not hesitate to recommend NPC to anyone looking for a home renovation contractor.

This was the 2nd time we used Natanael for a renovation. We had several quotes for the basement and Natanael had the best ideas with what to do. Prospero and Noel were great and worked very hard day to day. We had an architecture plan in place, but some rooms looked cramped when the wood framework was laid out on the floor compared to on paper. Prospero and Natanael were easy going and willing to change the wood framework so that we had more room. One thing is that we should have listened to Natanael on was getting stain resistant grout or epoxy grout for the shower as we didn't realize our existing showers already had stain resistant grout. We also had an expected complication with regards to a pre-existing leak in our basement coming from the ductwork before any drywall was put in place. It was rare and only happened twice in 5 years. Natanael was great and contacted several trades to come and investigate where the leak was coming from and fix the problem so it didn't happen again. He came up with solutions such as spray foam insulation around the dryer vent as it was causing a leak along the ductwork from above. We had a few complications after they were finished, but Natanael true to his word, came back and fixed them. We are glad we went with them for the basement renovation and people who saw our basement were really impressed with the overall result.

Natanael and his crew did a complete basement renovation for us and we are so pleased with the end result. The reno quote was not far off from the others I received- but while others said they could not raise the steel beam that ran across the full basement, Natanael immediately said he could and explained how. This was a key element to our basement project and without moving the beam, we couldn't have the space we do now. NPC stands apart from competitors mainly due to the excellent customer service. Natanael is kind, reliable, and unlike many other contractors, very easily reachable. He always takes time to answer questions and make you feel informed and comfortable. I trust him and his great team and will absolutely use NPC again. They did a fabulous job on our basement which went from creepy to a shiny and functional new space for our family. Thank you NPC!
