From March-October 2019, Natanael and his team from NPC did extensive renovations in our late-19th Century house in the Cabbagetown area of Toronto. Specifically, they involved the front-half of the 2nd floor (reconfiguring+updating our dressing-room & office), & the complete renovation of our 3rd floor, transforming it from a guest suite into a sunroom & our new master suite. This also included the replacement of the original narrow staircase between the 2nd & 3rd floors with a wider, more contemporary styled one. Although we had interviews & quotes from 2 other contractors for this project, we went with Natanael for 3 principal reasons: 1) We found him to be the most personable, 2) His quote was in the middle price-range, & 3) & perhaps most importantly, he had renovated our neighbours’ house several years before & they raved about Natanael & his team: their high-standards, skill level & quality of work, keeping to the expected work-completion timeline, & Natanael’s responsiveness to unexpected challenges & issues/problems. As other clients have mentioned in their reviews, Natanael also brings his keen ability to anticipate design or configuration problems, & offer more practical suggestions & adjustments to the plans of a designer or architect. Several unexpected structural issues were encountered, relating to the age of our house, but due to his extensive experience, Natanael was able to successfully address them, though this did delay the completion date by more than a month. Generally, communication from Natanael on who would be working on what, on a day-by-day or weekly basis, was very good. Any time things need clarification, Natanael was consistently timely in responding. In summary, we would highly endorse using the services of NPC Building&Renovations Ltd, & in fact have recommended Natanael to several of our good friends who’ve been searching for an excellent, high-quality, reliable & professional renovation team.

Nataneal and his team were terrific. We rebuilt our home from the ground up during Covid - it was two stressors coming at us at the same time, but Nataneal worked with us to achieve a beautiful home and he and his team were always very receptive to our questions and comments. From the design and budgeting phases right through construction to completion and closing the permits there was a real feeling of partnership. Nataneal gave us exactly what we wanted on time and on budget.

I hired NPC to renovate my garage, in addition to completely replacing the insulation/electrical/drywall/doors, the renovation also included removing a support column and replacing it with a beam. Natanael clearly takes pride in his work and pays great attention to details, often pointing out to me minor aesthetic issues that I would've probably never noticed myself. Most importantly, the end result is exactly as I had hoped it would be.

We bought our small bungalow in 2014 and with the birth of my children the space was no longer enough for us so we explored the possibility of either buying a bigger house or to make an addition to ours. Definitely based on market prices we decided to go with the second option. NPC Building renovated my neighbours’ basement and bathrooms and after we saw their final product and based on an amazing referral from our neighbour, we decided to schedule a meeting with Natanael to go over our different ideas. Our meeting was very productive and by the end of it we knew exactly what and how we wanted. Natanael and his team took care of drawings, city permits and every detail of the reno from start to finish he also provided us with a detail list of all the suppliers which made our life so much easier. We are very happy not only with our new house which we are all enjoying to the maximum specially the kids but also with the level of dedication that every member of the NPC Building put on day by day.

I would like to express my huge gratitude for the amazing job done in my house by NPC Building. Our family was growing and we needed an extra bedroom in the house, that’s when we explored the possibility to add a bedroom and a bathroom on top of the garage. After meeting with 4 contractors we decided to work with Natanael since our first meeting he really understood our needs and worked hand by hand with us. The renovation lasted 5 month and I must said that the team in general was fantastic, their level of professionalism was top notch. I’m in love with our new master bedroom and bathroom; their are just beyond our expectations. We won’t hesitate to recommend NPC Building and definitely we will be calling Natanael for any future projects.

We had NPC renovate our three bathrooms and install pot lights on our main floor. We sourced out a couple of quotes but decided to go with NPC. The deciding factor in hiring NPC for the job was because of our first meeting with Natanael. During our initial walk-through, he listened and pointed out ideas and gave advice in terms of how to approach the renovation. He was just overall very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. As the job progressed, any concerns I had were addressed promptly. Natanael was extremely responsive and did what was necessary to ensure we were happy. His team was always friendly and polite, and ensured the areas were as tidy as possible. This was our first time doing a renovation in our home and NPC made the overall experience as seamless as it can be. Thank you Natanael and the NPC Team - we absolutely love the work!

We saw NPC Buildings’ work in a friends’ house. After a few meetings with Natanael (company owner) we decided to hired the company to do our mayor renovation which consisted in extending our main floor and adding a second story to our small bungalow. I must say that Natanael is very creative and excellent at designing spaces which it was exactly what we needed to tackle this project. The company did a stupendous job from start to finish. All trades were very professionals and courteous. Our building permits were delayed but NPC did a great job accommodating our project and working long hours to recover the lost time. We are pleased with the results and learn a lot from the team. We definitely recommend them!

We booked and appointment with Natanael from  NPC Building looking for ideas on how to reconfigure our oddly main and 2nd floor. Natanael not only showed up on time to our meeting but spent more than the panned time with us suggesting different ideas. We started the project a month after and I was scared at the beginning since my experience doing renovations was close to none. Even though we weren’t living in the house through the reno process, the crew left the house clean every day. I must confess that Natanael and his tradesmen are artist and definitely the best at what they do, their attention to detail is above and beyond.  There were some unforeseen challenges during the renovation but they were all dealt with quickly. Communication was excellent at all times either by email, texts or phone call. I highly recommend NPC not only for the quality of their job that they deliver but also for the pleasant experience that we had working with a team that really takes the time to do it right

This is our second project with Natanael and his crew. Natanael and his uncle did the work for us. Natanael is very meticulous to ensure things are done right, even it's a smallest detail. He always asked for our input, and we welcomed him in part of the decision making due to his experience and great recommendation. Like all renovation project, there are always unexpected challenges, Natanael never failed to find a way to either make it work, or correct them. For sure we will be going back to NPC for any future projects to come.

We recently purchased a 25 year old house and hired Natanael and his crew to build a new laundry/mudroom, 2 new bathrooms and renovate the basement. We are so happy we chose them as it has been a pleasure working with his crew. We were impressed with their workmanship but most of all we really appreciated their positive attitude throughout the project. Toni, Juan, Prospero and Alexis make a great team and all of them are very willing to help and go the extra mile. Natanael was always available and attentive. He was transparent about the work and there were no surprises. We will definitely hire NPC for our next reno project and we highly recommend this company.
