Natanael provide me a very detailed quote and competitive price. The team is very professional and responsible. I'm more that satisfied with the final results my kitchen looks bigger and modern and my basement became a nice place for all the family to enjoy. From start to completion, our experience with Natanael and NPC Renovations has been extraordinary, exceeding well beyond our expectations in every way. Natanael greatly impressed us from our first meeting with him, when he arrived precisely on time. It was quickly apparent that he was extremely knowledgable, professional, and patient. We live in a home that is 100 years old and were interested in a complete renovation of our entire main floor. Such a renovation entailed such things as the removal of walls and the construction of new support beams, the demolition of our old fireplace and the addition of a new gas fireplace, a new kitchen and peninsula, and new hardwood flooring, done in a way that modernized yet preserved the character of our home. Natanael had great structural and design ideas for the various aspects of the job, and his quote was extremely competitive and fair. He provided a very detailed contract and timeline which he stuck to. He quickly earned our trust. Natanael takes great pride in his work, and has very high standards. He expects excellence from himself and from the members of his team. As a result, everyone he works with gives 110%, and is not satisfied until we are. Everyone was always courteous and worked very hard. Our neighbours have told us how pleasant and considerate he and his team were. Throughout the renovation Natanael was always accessible to answer questions or provide information. He always knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done, and did an excellent job communicating about the various stages of the project. All of the work was completed on time because he and his crew made sure of it. We are absolutely delighted with the end result of our renovation. It is beautiful and far surpasses our expectations. We have had many compliments on how it is such a stunning blend of the traditional character of the home, with modern touches. Natanael has tremendous integrity, which can be rare in his business. It has been our pleasure to have worked with him and recommend him without reservation. I interviewed a few companies and NPC stood out from the rest, both in terms of knowledge, friendliness and cost. From the very start Nathanael provided many options and advice on what we could and should do for our full basement reno including bathroom and laundry rooms. The entire team was amazing throughout the entire project. I would definitely recommend NPC and will be using them again when we need to replace our floors.

NPC renovations is a great company to deal with, they were professional on time and really strived to meet our needs in every aspect of our renovation. i found Natanel through home star , he was one of three contarctors i reached out to for a quote . He was prompt and on time teh day to look at the job and provide us a quote . He was very patient with all our questions and had suggestions and set our expectetation on when he could complet the job . He was able to start much earlier that he predicted once he strarted working on the project there was no inturruption or delays. My husband and I need assistance with determining what type of fixtures to use he helped us through the process making suggestions when we reached out to him . Throughout the entire renovation he and his team worked long hours to deliver our shower within oneweek . When it was completed there was a leak and once i reached out to him and explained he was happy to come back and worked during the weekend and a holiday to find teh leak and complet the repair . He is so totally commited to keeping his customer happy and making the renovation as worry free to the home owner. He was assessable to answer all my questions and concerns . Thank You Nataneal ! I've been waiting for years to finish my basement so we'd get a nice extra space with a rec room, extra bedroom, extra bathroom and an office. Somehow it would always get pushed back. Then I visited a friend of mine who had just had his basement finished. I loved his basement! It looked absolutely great and I loved it so much that I asked who he got. He told me it was done by NPC Renovations and had only the nicest things to say about them. This sealed the deal for me! I decided I didn't want to waste another day and called Natanael the next day. What a great experience it's been from the very first meeting! Natanael came for an estimate, explained the whole process, gave us suggestions and ideas on everything from tiles to cabinets. He was very helpful. We agreed on a start date, deposit structure and expected finish date. The crew was very courteous and punctual throughout the whole renovation, periodically cleaning and tidying the site. Any questions we had, we just called Natanael and he answered right away. And if he didn't pick up the phone, he called back soon after. Great communication throughout all this!! We had our basement converted into a paradise and our kitchen with the bathroom upstairs are absolutely beautiful! All was done on time, actually about 2 days early and we cannot be happier with the results! We're planning on extending our main floor next year and it's a no brainer we'll call Natanael when the time comes!
