Dates were never met MANY times Emails were delayed in getting responses Soli was to be added before plants were planted - NOT done Plants did not arrive on day staff came to do work Had to email re plants - then only half were planted so had to email AGAIN for the other plants to arrive. Not pleased with location of planting- staff came when I was not available for consultation - had not been informed when they would come and then came on a different date after a date was confirmed second time Window box that was custom made for shed was to be rehung but it was thrown away! Asked to have brackets hung to replace the box - took several weeks to get done. Did not come on specified day, came on another day without checking with me and i was online TEACHING so did not hear them at front door. Had to email AGAIN to re-schedule this job NOT pleased with service. I have used your group before but not sure I will use again

This was the 2nd occasion that we utilized the Absolute team for some landscaping work. Jason was excellent in assessing and reviewing what we had in mind and assisted in the final decisions for paving stones, retaining wall and plants. Jason was able to slot our work in shortly after finalizing the plan. Jeff and his colleague undertook the work which took about 3 weeks to complete and was done to our total satisfaction. The work crew arrived as advised and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Everyone was very personable and professional to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute, and will use them again.

After having several issues with the work, Absolute came back and fixed the job to my satisfaction. They spent hours power washing the driveway, then applying the sand. Hopefully the job will last for many years.

The service is to treat the bumpy area in my lawn. After the treatment the lawn's condition didn't improve much. I've sent two email within three weeks trying to discuss the situation and see if any follow up suggestions from the owner. Yet the two emails were totally ignored and got no reply by anyone. The service is totally unacceptable.

I received a quote soon after I reached out. The workers were quick to clean out the eaves and gave good recommendations on how to proceed with any future issues.

Absolute home services employees were a pleasure to work with. They responded in a timely manner, started the job earliest possible and did a thorough job on my deck. I would recommend and use them again for other jobs.

Booked with Absolute and had them paint the first floor, living room/dining room, kitchen, hallway, 2 storey entryway, and 2nd floor hallway, including all trim and doors. They did a great job with 3 guys in one day. Very polite and respectful, especially relating to COVID restrictions wearing masks the whole time. I had them come back and do the exterior windows, and they did the interior window in the entryway as I wasn’t able to do it without an extension ladder. Would definitely recommend Absolute Home Services.

Have used Absolute twice now for painting. Very professional and friendly folk. On time, reasonable pricing, clean, and quality work. I would definitely use them again and I recommend yhem.

I hired Absolute Home Services to do a few small(ish) but tricky jobs around the house that I just couldn't do myself...Dale was the project manager and he was easy to work with...prompt with his responses and knew his stuff! Stuart and Vern did the work at my house and they were fantastic! They were friendly, funny and did a great job...it was a pleasure having them in my home and won't hesitate to hire AHS for my next pesky projects :)

My Project Manager was Devin. He was responsive, respectful and courteous at all times. There was a slight delay with one of the projects but that was not Devin's fault, it was due a shoddy repair job that was done in the first place. Stewart, who was brought in to repair the shoddy work was hard working, courteous and professional. The paint job that was done to both the bedrooms (medium sized) was done within 4 hours and involved 2 coats. Both Devin and Stewart ensured the work was completed to my satisfaction and took their time explaining what they have done. I would recommend Absolute Home Services.
