Jerry; the owner; was lovely to work with throughout the whole process from the initial quote until the final inspection. The installers, Ralph and Vojtek were polite, cheerful and very helpful. Each day they cleaned up before they left and at the end of the work my garage floor was cleaner than when they started. Their craftsmanship is very good. They arrived on time and early, worked hard each day and stayed until 6 pm. All in all a good experience working with Stairs4U.

We had our staircase redone and as you can see from the before and after photos there’s a big improvement. Our only complaint was a lack of communication with the employees doing the labor. We had specific requests and our wishes weren’t immediately communicated with them before they started the work, so clarifications had to be made along the way. But the installation team was good and approachable and we’re satisfied with their work. Overall we’re happy with the end result and it’s what we set out to accomplish.

Great workmanship, very professional. We got the main floor hardwood restained, and main floor to second floor stairs redone.

Jerry and his team were amazing from start to finish. After moving in, we knew we wanted to replace carpet stairs with wooden stairs. I am 100% satisfied with the work. Communicating with Jerry was easy. And the installers were always on time!

Great upgrade to stairs and railings. Jerry and Christian were professional and easy to deal with. Job was completed in a timely manner and on budget. Change requests to the project were accommodated seamlessly. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things or give enough props to Jerry and his team. We moved into a new house a month ago and the stairs were twisted and unsafe. I called Jerry. It became obvious they were unfixable and new ones had to be put in. In less than 2 weeks Jerry had the stairs built and installed. It turns out not only was the old stairs twisted, the original builder didn't even secure them with screws. It was just by the grace of God that they fall and someone severely hurt themselves. Within one hour of Jerry and his team arriving they old stairs were removed and the new ones installed. For the first time since we moved in could we actually walk down the stairs without bracing ourselves by touching both walls as we walked down them. The stairs Jerry installed are so solid and I can't say enough about the quality and craftsmanship. I'm a very fussy individual and don't easily give compliments. Now I can hardly wait for Jerry to return to remove the carpet and put oak caps and new pickets on our upstairs. I no doubt they are going to look spectacular. Without hesitation, I'd recommend Stairs4U. Great quality, craftsmanship and customer service.

Jerry was amazing to work with. He helped guide us through the project and offered great recommendations. The timing of the work was bang on. The Canadian hardwood product is gorgeous and all the gentlemen who completed the work were friendly, professional and hardworking. The clean up was great too. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them to friends and family with no hesitation. Thank you Jerry!!
