We hired Jerry & Stairs4U from HomeStars' recommendations and all we can say is WOW. We needed both our upper and lower staircases capped, painted, and all new iron pickets. Crew (Wojtek/Ralph) showed up everyday at 7:30am and worked pretty much straight through to 5pm every day for 5.5 business days. Their work is excellent - first class and left a clean work space at the end of every day. We are extremely pleased and feel it is close to one of the best investments in our new home. Thanks to Jerry and crew for explaining the process and making our stairs look brand new again. We would highly recommend them to anyone!! Steve & Lorraine, Burlington

We had the carpet on the 2nd floor replaced with hardwood, the staircase runner removed, sanded refinished and the spindals replaced as well as the floors in the living room/dining room and family room sanded and stained as well as the fireplace painted. We couldn’t be more happy with the results. The stairs look stunning and have really improved the look of the home. The hardwood turned out fabulous and has really updated our house. Jerry and his crew were wonderful to work with. It was a big project for us and hectic right before Christmas. There were delays but Jerry worked with us to make sure the project was done to our satisfaction and not dragged out. Jerry helped us along the way with valuable advice. We really wanted another runner on the stairs but Jerry said to try it for a while and see what we thought. He was absolutely right. The stairs are not slippery and we are so thankful that we didn’t cover up the beautiful stairs with carpet. I would definitely recommend Jerry and his crew. We are so glad we went with them.

We recently had our oak floors and staircase refinished in our home. Jerry and his team did a great job. We were very pleased with the work, the floors look amazing. They were honest, reliable and knowledgable. We have gotten many compliments on how great our staircase and floors look. Thanks for a job well done. Jerry was great to work with- he spent time with us in the beginning to make sure we made informed decisions about our stairs and floor colour. During the project, there were 2 unforeseen delays, which you can never predict ahead of time but Jerry and has team did their best to wrap the project up as quickly as possible. Our new stairs look great and they had great attention to deal. When we get around to the second phase of our project to install hardwood floors in the bedrooms, we will definitely by using Stairs4U again. Thanks Jerry.

Overall, was a great experience. Jerry came to visit and provided a full quote that was easy to understand and resulted in no miscommunication up front on what was to be provided. He also created a matching stain and seeked our approval before beginning work. The installer (Christian) was very professional, courteous and showed the attention to detail when I pointed out things that I wanted completed. He also took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the work and helped with a few items that weren't directly included in the quote. The professionalism and workmanship was much appreciated. While the job took a few days longer than originally anticipated given some delays, Christian worked through the weekend to complete the job and meet our deadline before leaving for vacation. Stairs4u is very easy to work with and provide high quality work at a competitive price. We would definitely recommend them and hope to work with them on any future projects

We were very happy with Stairs4U. After we spoke w/Jerry, he was able to stop by to look at our job and give us an accurate quote. WE were very impressed with the skill and workmanship of Christian who was the person from Stairs4U who did our work. He had all the tools and skills needed to do an amazing job. It was clear, he knew what he was doing. Also, before the job even got started, someone from Stairs4U came by to show us a sample stained piece of wood they had mixed to match our upstairs floor and be sure we were happy with it. We are so happy with the job! Our old stairs were squeaky and that has virtually gone away. There were a couple of small things I asked Christian to do that were not entirely his responsibility and he gladly said "I will do it". It didn't take him long at all but it meant a lot to us. A couple of days after the job was complete we noticed a couple minor things that needed addressing and let Stairs4U know. They came by within a couple of days and took care of then to our satisfaction. Great price. Great people to deal with. Great job!

Showed up on time both days. Cleaned up inbetween days. Drop sheets set up to avoid excess dust in the home.

Jerry and his team were the best professionals we have ever hired. They were punctual and showed up when they said they would. They were organized and stayed on schedule.
