Many Projects
We are pleased to endorse this company as a desirable firm to assist in the remodelling of your home. Our history with the company goes back many years, but in the last 20 years, with current management, we have redeveloped our basement, lowering the floor to provide good ceiling height, and to add a new three-piece washroom. we had our kitchen and second floor bathroom done over completely we replaced a roof we replaced eavestroughs we installed new verandah railings we rebuilt our back porch to be a more convenient, multi-purpose space we replaced our bedroom windows With all this work, we have been greatly satisfied. Pricing was reasonable and the labour was done by polite and helpful individuals. One way Remodel excels is in their timely and prompt approach to the work. All projects were completed on time, and carefully but quickly. The company paid special attention to the innate difficulties of an older home. Randal and Maridene Approx Cost for basement -- engineered beam installed, floor lowered, bath and family room constructed, furnace, utility room boxed in, cupboard space provided. costs for the other projects N.A.

Kitchen Renovation
This past summer my wife Marg and I decided to do a complete kitchen renovation, something we had been talking about for a couple of years. Finding a good contractor is difficult some times but Remodel was referred to us by the kitchen cupboard manufacturer that we used. The first time I met Chris I found him to be very professional and after measurements and a lengthy discussion he accepted the job. He had a quote to me within two days and we started the renovation within 4 weeks. Chris' construction work on the renovation was completed in a timely manner and was very professionally and flawlessly done. His employees, Tim, Jason and Dexter were great guys to work with and they were very particular about their job. We were absolutely satisfied with Chris and his company and would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

Two Bathrooms
Our en suite bathroom was in serious need of a renovation. Remodel construction was recommended to me by a friend. Chris came by and we discussed what we wanted to do to our bathroom. It was a pleasure working with Chris and his team, we experienced no issues whatsoever and the job was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Chris did such a great job that we decided to renovate a second bathroom! Both jobs were full renovations of the bathrooms.

Front Entrance Addition, new windows and siding
We are thrilled with our new front entrance addition and the overall new look of our home. Chris and his construction crew were amazing. Very professional and thorough. Our house was very 'dated' looking and was in need of a major facelift. We had a 30 year old, glass, two season room on the front of the house as our main entrance, ugly yellow siding, and old drafty windows. We worked with Chris and his designer to come up with a design solution that was functional and stylish at the same time. We didn't want to lose the space of the existing front room, so we integrated it into the overall structure of the house. The carpentry work on the inside is beautiful. Chris worked with us very closely throughout the process and addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately. The project was done on time and on budget. We are extremely happy with the end result.

Kitchen and bathroom reno
Chris Clarke and his Remodel team completed a major reno of my two-bedroom unit in a 40-year old condo building. I couldn't be happier with the results! Chris spent a lot of time with me up front to review options and scope out the project. The job was a big one--removing a wall to open up the kitchen, installing custom kitchen cupboards and island, replacing the main bathroom and laying engineered hardwood throughout. Always proactive, Chris was quick to troubleshoot and address possible problems to keep the project on track and make sure I got the result I wanted. All the work was completed in time for my move-in thanks to Remodel's committed crew. The team was hardworking, courteous and cleaned up well each and every day. Chris was always available to answer questions.... and I had a lot of them! He even took time during his vacation to check in to see how my move went. I happily recommend Remodel Construction for your home renovations needs.

House repairs
Remodel Construction did an excellent job at my home. The work was top notch.Chris was also very quick to respond to any concerns I had. His team was always on time and did a thorough job. Everything was done as promised. Way to go Chris & Team!

Basement Renovation
Our family wanted to revamp our games room in the basement of our house after 18 years by replacing carpet & adding plank engineered wood flooring throughout the 1300 square foot space. In addition, we added a 3 piece bathroom, weight room, pot lighting, TV & surround sound mounted on the wall equipped with a stereo system. Furthermore, wall to wall storage cupboards were installed in both rooms while a separate room was constructed with double doors on both sides to provide easy access to both our furnace & water tank. The end result is that our family has been extremely pleased with all of the work completed by Remodel Construction throughout the 5 week project Chris Clarke's attention to detail & coordination of resources was phenomenal. We were always kept informed as to the next phase of the renovation. The professionalism & enthusiasm demonstrated by all of the trades people involved was also greatly appreciated. All of the workers arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and departed by 4:00 - 5:00 PM. The basement was always kept in a neat & tidy condition throughout the job. Based on our family's experience, we would highly recommend the services of Remodel Construction and look forward to having them renovate our main bathroom within the next year or so.

Fence repiars, patio deck rebuild, roof repairs
Chris and his team provided excellent, professional services. The products and work were top-notch. He was quick to respond to any concerns and all work was completed on time and to spec.

Bathrooom renovation
Our bathroom was leaking: we discovered this when someone was showering and water poured through the light fixture in the dining room. Chris explained what needed to be done and gave a competitive quote for price and timing. His team came on time, protected our floors, cleaned up meticulously, explained each step and completed the job on schedule, which was within a work week. Chris offered helpful tips on choosing tiles and the completed job looks great and blends in with the existing decor. We are very happy with the result and will definitely use Remodel in the future.

Basement Renovation
We love our new basement and it's all because of Chris and his team! They transformed a dark and dreary storage space into the hallmark of our home and have added 1000 square feet of precious space for our growing family. What sets this team apart from all others is their commitment to the project from Day 1 to the last day, their fastidious tidiness and cleanliness every single day, their flexibility in making changes as we went along and probably most impressively, the project came in on time and on budget. If you need any project done in your home, you can trust this team to exceed your expectations. I already have a small list of other home projects and would not consider calling anyone else, even if we had to wait to get them. Thanks Chris and team...we couldn't be happier!
