    Water Emergency

    Of course our emergency happened late on a holiday evening. The first person that came to mind to call was Aaron from Accuserv. As fate would have it, Aaron was on call and within an hour he was in our home. He evaluated the situation, and dealt with the immediate water emergency. He has been helpful and professional in every way with the follow-up service and advice. I should mention that our emergency turned out to be a burst pipe, and NOT a result of the combination boiler that was installed this past summer. Yet Aaron was able to be here for us, fixing the pipe and rad, and guiding us through the repair stage. There is a sense of well-being that our home is well looked after. Thanks again Aaron!

    Furnace

    Great experience I had with them! They showed up (on a long weekend on Sunday evening) and quickly diagnosed my furnace issue. They sourced the required part and kept me in the loop on when the repair would be completed. They also responded to my e-mails promptly (even late evening on a long weekend Monday) and always answered when called. Would definitely use them for any future repairs!

    Furnace

    Furnace stopped working and I called AccuServ. They answered the phone before their business hours had officially started, and had someone at my place in a couple of hours. The assessment was fast, and they went out of their way to source parts from all over the GTA so that we wouldn't be without heat long in February. Friendly and polite, they were a pleasure to work with.

    Hot water tank

    James and his team were polite, professional and committed to providing excellent service. James came and took a look at my hot water tank and took the time to explain the problems and answer my questions. He took pictures of where the tank was leaking and also let me see the leak for myself. I'd highly recommend James and his team.

    AccuServ was incredible!!!

    Right from the first phone call AccuServ was incredible to deal with. During a recent cold spell our furnace stopped working. Within 4 hours of my initial phone call the tech was out to the house to inspect the furnace. Sadly, the people that had installed the furnace (not AccuServ) failed to provide proper drainage and the furnace had substantial prolonged water damage, after only 4 years with a brand new furnace. The furnace needed to be replaced. James at AccuServ was a pleasure to work with as we decided on what new furnace was best. He was quick to respond to many emails and phone calls. As soon as we made our decision on which furnace to go with- they were out to install it the very next day. They removed the old furnace, installed the new one and didnt leave any signs of their work. Tidy, professional, courteous, prompt...all words I would use to describe AccuServ. I would highly recommend their services.

    hvac furnace issue

    Our furnace stopped working and we called accuserv at 11 pm. The response time to call was fantastic, we explained our issue and the gentleman on the phone understood perfectly. The tech whoo showed was extremely professional customer focused and most of all honest. Thanks to the accuserv team and Rahul great job.

    Incredible Technicians (furnace repair)

    I want to express how pleased I was with my service experience. My furnace broke down on Saturday & a search of the web helped me find you. Everyone, from the person taking my first call to the technician (who was incredible) to others offering quotes and scheduling - all friendly and professional. Will definately be signing up for service package and recommending to friends and family.

    Hot water on demand system

    The worked performed by Aaron and his team was excellent. I had a furnace boiler system replaced for a hot water on demand system and it took one day for removal and installation. Any questions or concerns were answered and a follow up was carried out. I would recommend them to anyone. Highly professional.

    New high efficiency furnace and tankless hot water installed

    Prompt and Super Friendly Service

    We were having a late night furnace emergency on a very cold night. Searched around and decided to give AccuServ a call. They were on the ball right away! Very prompt and super friendly service. If we're ever in need again, we will definitely be calling AccuServ. There's a reason why they're #1 rated on Google.
