I was very happy with the service from Doctor Rooter. Firstly, they responded to my call very quickly and provided a timely and very competitively priced estimate (well below others). They did the job quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up very well afterwards. A pleasure.

I called Doctor Rooter to replace the water intake pipe from the city to my house with 3/4" copper, and also at the same time install a backwater valve for my sewer line going out. The work was done very promptly, and the workers were all very professional. I would definitely call Doctor Rooter again for any plumbing troubles. A huge thank you to Bill, Oleg, and Sergei!!

I decided to install Jacuzzi in my condo. My friends suggested calling Doctor Rooter, as they had a good experience with them. The job was done quick and clean. Hey Doctor Rooter. Saturday morning my sink gets blocked and i was really upset cause i have to do cleaning and i stuck without water. I called Doctor Rooter Sergey and Oleg came with in an hour and fix my problem really quick. They looks very proffesional and polite.Thank you guys for helping me with my kitchen sink.

My house basement had leakage problem fixing of which was postponed for a while due to financial question. But large flood last year that caused a lot of damage made me to search for help. I tried to do some research online but end up with friend’s suggestion to call “Doctor Rooter”. When I called them no one answered and I left voicemail. Pleasant surprise was to receive call back within 30 min from Bill who I discussed issue with and scheduled estimate meeting same week. We ended up contracting “Doctor Rooter” for the Job. I was pleasantly surprised by timing and precision of work (over time we had few rain storms and there are no signs of leakage what so ever) but not least important fact that they cleaned up after themselves and left no evidence of mess. Thank you Sergey and crew. Would I suggest “Doctor Rooter” to my friends? Yes, they are actually estimating work for my parents currently.

I have a walkin shower one of my bedrooms on the second floor and something was wrong with the drain, it was leaking. I booked an appointemt with dr rooter for the next day morning, and by the evening of the same day the problem was fixed, amazing service for a resonable cost, very fast and very polite workers.

Recently I started getting water in my basement after some rain. I caller Doctor Rooter and asked what is a problem. I was told that I have a crack in the wall. They did an outside waterproofing for me as well as installation of an egrees window which I wanted to do for a long time now due to fire safety regulation when u rent out a basement. They did an amazing job in a short period of time, everything took 3 days. I am very satisfied with their service.

I have recently purchased a new house and almost immediately started the renovations. Hi everyone! I had a blocked toilet for the past 2 days and it was a terrible experience. I’ve tried mending it myself with snake and liquid plumber but it did not work. Basement Walkout. Hello Everyone!Few weeks ago I have lost my job and that left me and my family without a considerable portion of an income. Me and my husband thought of the ways out of this situation and decided to rent out our basement to help us out with the bills. Unfortunately we did not have a separate entrance to the basement. I asked my brother to suggest me someone ( since he is in construction business) and he suggested me the Doctor Rooter. A nice man called Oleg came for an estimation and very soon the work has began. In 3 days the whole project was finished and we were ready to let people in. I was by how fast and professional the work was done. I will certainly use their services again!
