Thanks for the great review Lucas. No doubt you needed new skylights as there was water in-between each pair of panes on all 3 skylights. It was a tricky removal too knowing the glass lost it seal and the chance of glass breakage was there. Thankfully we've done a couple like that before and learned through those experiences. I know you will now enjoy the long term performance that Velux skylights give. Once again, thanks for the review and I'm glad we were able to stop the troubling leak to your satisfaction. Greg

Thanks Deena. Hopefully your glazier shows up soon so you can get the tarp off of the skylight and start enjoying the natural light skylights allow for. I'm sure the tie-down strategy we used, in addition to the bricks we placed, will keep the tarp in place despite these strong winds we are currently having. If not please feel free to call me out to re-secure it as we don't want further damage to occur to the ceiling around the skylight. Thanks again for the awesome review! Greg

I'm glad you remain a satisfied customer as the roof detail you have over the upper roof, at your front entrance, will need continued maintenance every 3 years or so. It's just a badly designed architectural detail that will always accumulate debris over time. Please feel free to call me back to do a no charge inspection and assessment in a couple years. Cheers!
