    Concrete Roof Repair and Skylights

    Greg is very professional and crystal clear in laying out what the options are and his advice on how to proceed. Not only was Greg's advice thoughtful, extensive, and honest, but this guy has one of the most amazing speaking voices! Very pleased with the advice, work and price. I was just seeking some new work on HomeStars and realized I had never posted a review of Crucial's work from 2013!

    Roof repairs and cleaning

    I would 100% recommend Greg and his company. Contacted Crucial Roof services LTD for quote and inspection. They Arrived on schedule and provided a very detailed quote. We had a super fast turn around. I was provided pictures of the work, before, during, and as completed so I didn't have to go on the roof. I am the house owner for over 15 years but i never seen any one this honest. I would definitely recommend Greg for a roof repairs and would call him again without hesitation. Again thank you Greg for all your help.

    Down Pipe Reapir

    He responded promptly, quickly adjusted and cleaned up two clogged down pipes, and provided full detail report with picture for record. He's good man, unfortunately, It clogged up right after.

    Thanks Jiang. They were plugged pretty badly. I think one day you will need to upsize the complete line. I'm glad you are happy with our service and thank you once again for the kind words. UPDATED NOV 6. I now see you changed my original 10 score to an 8 because the pipes clogged up again within two months. That is too bad. It is not my fault the down pipes plugged again Jiang. It is a design flaw that I told you about. The reduction in the existing pipe size is too much and it appears a walnut shell (one of many that I found on the roof when I returned for no charge to assess the current situation) has again enterred your pipe and created the plug. I'm sorry you feel my service is only an 8/10 score now. I think the guys you paid to originally install the pipes should get a 0/10 then because that is the only reason you are having these problems. AND these blockages will continue until you perform the upsize I originally suggested. I stand to make no money off of you in this suggestion either as I do not perform downpipe modifications. Good luck in the further suggested actions. Greg

    Install new skylight and 6 roof vents in various locations.

    Install 6 new roof vents to disipate heat from the attic. Install new skylight to replace one damaged.

    Gutter repairs

    After twenty years the built in gutter system needed new seams. Contacted Greg for a review and quote. Arrived on schedule and provided a very detailed quote of recommended and/or needed work which included a few things I was not aware of. Pictures of all suggested/needed work were included which was great, as was a detailed explanation as to why. Was so impressed with professionalism didn't look further. Greg and his crew completed the job as outlined with no hitches, very happy with the results. If you need gutter, skylight or roof work, do not hesitate to call Greg.

    Roof Vents

    Skylight & Chimney Leaks for Tile Roof

    My mother-in-law's roof had been leaking by the skylights for a while this past winter. A few roofers said the roof had to be replaced. I didn't believe any of them since we have a Tile Roof. I finally found Greg at Crucial Roofing who handles tile roofing repairs. I told him the problem and he sent me detailed emails on what the problems could be and how much it would cost to do the repairs. We hired him immediately and he did an excellent job repairing the pan flashing on 2 of our skylights. He provided a detailed summary of what was done as well as before and after photos. No one does this! After noticing a small water leak inside our chimney, we had Greg come back to repair our chimney pan flashing too! He once again gave us a detailed summary and photos of what was done. If you need any roof repairs done, don't look any further, call Greg at Crucial Roofing!!!

    Professional and Did What They Said

    Greg came and looked at our roof. While others said it had to be replaced, he said that with the right repairs it would be good for at least another 20 years. He photographed each area that needed work, quoted for each repair, and then when we asked him to come do the work his crew showed up when they said they would and then took photos to share with us of all the repairs that they completed. Greg also kept within his quote. Highly recommended.

    Service work

    Roof repair

    Very prompt reply to my initial inquiry, and very accommodating to our busy family schedule. Greg came and did a thorough once over taking pictures of the areas that needed patching. Then he told us what repairs were needed, and after authorizing them, Greg immediately went to complete the repairs. He took final pictures of his repairs and sent them via email along with the invoice. Payment was easy to make. I would definitely recommend Greg for a roof repair and would call him again without hesitation should I need his services.
