Cold Storage Facility
Crucial Roof Service was hired to roof a 17,000 Sqft commercial property. Greg and his crew has superb workmanship and are well versed and knowledgeable in the industry. Throughout the installation, they were consistently prepared for unfavourable weather and on point for logistics and safety. Greg was more than willing to give professional insight and advice and was able to foresee potential complications. Punctual, professional, and friendly, the Crucial Crew were a pleasure to work with.

Roof & Gutter
I was referred to Crucial Roof Services by a family friend of ours. We noticed some water damage in various areas of our home and suspected an issue with the gutters or roof. Greg Krushel was at my house within a couple days of my call as he had promised. He spent considerable time examining our home, the roof & gutters as well as the water damage. I was thoroughly impressed with his friendly and professional demeanor. He spent considerable time reviewing the problems he observed and followed up with a lengthy email with photos of our roof and gutters (I forgot to mention he cleaned out the debris blocking our gutters). At the end, it was an issue with the front deck of our home and he charged me nothing for his diagnosis and time. I'm not writing this review because he didn't charge me anything, but rather because I want people who need good service to know about Greg Krushel of Crucial Roof Services.

Vent replacement
one vent of my house get old and casued leaking, call Cruial Roofing to get them fixed. However, they took off all of my 4 vents and replaced them by tiles and didn't tell me vents are essential parts for roof. Later I found out removing vents from a house is againts the bulding code. As a result, the whole house feels much warmer in this summer. I am very not satisfied with this service experience.

Wow Henry. I wish you had of contacted me directly to address this displeasure. It certainly would have been more productive. Unfortunately I can't find you in my database either so I have no way of contacting you except through this response. So here it is. Please realize I did not remove your roof vents. I eliminated an aspect of the vent that was causing a leak and was likely to cause a leak in the other 3. Your attic still vents as it did before and the leak has stopped. All work performed was agreed in a written contract. I expected that you understood the scope of work when you agreed to hire me and get the work done. You did not mention I successfully stopped the leak on the first and only visit. I'm sorry but the claim your house feels much warmer this summer is not justified or quantifiable. My house feels much much warmer this year too and I have installed in excess of maximum specified ventilation. I surmise everyone's house feels more warm this summer. It's called a heat wave... and they suck. Regardless of your negative review and the mis-information you have been told by someone I expect stands to make money off of you for this, I am still willing to further our relationship and make attempts at resolving your displeasure. Garage and house roof
I called Greg in December to see about a leak in the house roof and whether it needed replacement and to get a quote on the garage roof that needed replacing. He came out with 24 hours with suggestions for the house problem. He did not feel the roof needed replacement although other companies were quick to offer new metal roofs at high prices. Greg's crew came back in June to paint two coats of aluminum paint on the roof and caulk the areas that needed it ($500) and Greg feels I should get another ten years out of it. They put a new torch on roof on the garage ($4200). They were punctual arriving when they had planned, did an excellent job on the garage and cleaned thoroughly at the end of the job. The flashing was put on two weeks later and the finished job looks great. Dealing with Greg was a pleasure. He was more than willing to explain the complete process through emails and in person and I never felt that he put any pressure on me to accept his quote. I have no hesitation in recommending Crucial Roofing.

Replacement Roof
Although the work Greg has done for me has been in the past, I feel that I need to add my comments. Greg did a reroof for a rental property, and then later on a reroof for my garage. All work was fully explained and done without any issue. Its quite apparent Greg knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. As he is the first and only person I call for roofing issues, I called him for issues with my new house that I had renovations done/overseen by a general contractor (I had wanted Greg to do it but the GC preferred their own roofing sub; was that ever a mistake in not insisting using Greg). Greg came by and took a look at the issues but unfortunately, advised the work needed was not within the scope of his services. Nonetheless, he provided feedback and even came back again when I called him to bounce off some ideas off of him. It is rare and refreshing to see someone that puts in the extra effort. As I said, Greg an Crucial Roofing is the only roofing company I will deal with and have no qualms in recommending him.

Roof
Outstanding service and first class product. From start to finish excellent.Customer service from Greg amazing. Neat & tidy site at all times. Price very competitive. I would highly recommend. I only wish I had know about this company before!

Roof repair
What great service Greg and his crew provided on this relatively small repair. From initial contact to job completion took less than 72 hours for this non-emergency work. Everything done professionally and c/w photos of the repair. Pleasantly surprised, especially with the prompt correspondence throughout the process!

Roofing
This is the first time I write a review to thanks for a company. Greg and Randy,who did exceptional job for my roof and install 3 new skylights. They are very efficient, and took photos all along when they did the job, so my family could fully understanding all the detail. Especially Greg is a super nice guy, because I called him at night and asking some questions about the blind of the new skylight, even though he has not do it before, but he is very helpful and willing to do research for it. My family are very appreciate for his help. I am strongly recommend Greg to all who has tile roofing problem.

fix leaky roof
Greg has always been prompt , and very professional. It is very efficient to take photos of the roof showing where the problems are. He understands our roof and I have used him for 8 years.

garage roof
Greg was incredibly professional, courteous, timely, and polite through the entire process. He was very transparent about the work needed, and connected with me at every stage to update me. Highly recommended
