    Eavestrough Cleaning

    Service is rare these days honesty even more... Andrew delivers on both of these like I have rarely seen. He arrived when he said took time to estimate the work (with pictures) found other minor items like, nails protruding from my roof and fixed them for no cost. I expected him to say he would do it sometime next week but he did the work immediately and in two hours. Showed me the results with pictures. I asked if I needed covers for my gutters because they were so full they had weeds growing from them but because my problem was pine needles he didn't recommend it. I sort of knew this and he immediately confirmed my thinking... Honesty! If you looking for someone to give you the straight goods Andrew's the guy, I'm still telling my friends about my outstanding experience. I'm a busy business owner myself with little time and I would never normally stop to take the time to write something like this but Andrew was such a breath of fresh air I just had to reward him with this reference.

    Eavestroughs

    Andrew was great right from the start. We only had a small job that consisted of two downspouts which Andrew gave us detailed information about and great honest advice. He was also very considerate, knowing we had a little baby girl, by knocking on the door instead of ringing the doorbell. He was efficient and very clean on the job site. We really appreciate the fact that he came to Kanata for such a small job and would gladly recommend Eaves Expert (Andrew) to any of our family and friends.

    Leaking Eaves Repairs

    Andrew is a rock star as far as I am concerned. I had gutters which leaked at the drip edge and seams (among other small issues). He came in and did a detailed exam of the issues and a day or two later he gave me an itemized estimate. He identified many problems with the eaves that I was not even aware of, but none of them were fake or un-necessary! Other companies I tried to get quotes from either didn't want to even see the problem first, didn't want to take on "small jobs", or simply gave quotes to replace all the gutters without consultation (wasteful cash grabs). Anyway, Andrew fixed the gutters at what I consider to be fair rates, and everyone gained as the old gutters didn't need to be thrown out or recycled for NO reason. Additionally Andrew installed some anti-roosting bird spikes that I provided on one side of the roof, without any issues. What can I say, I wish all contractors were this solid and honest, then I wouldn't need to DIY so many things and life would be much easier. :)

    Eavestroughs

    Andrew was very prompt to respond to my initial request for a quote. When he arrived at my home he came prepared to do a thorough assessment of the work that needed to be done and was able to pick up on some unique design characteristics of my home that other companies didn't mention/see. Eaves Experts are very knowledgeable, competent and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Eavestrough repair

    Andrew spent a full hour going around my house to thoroughly assess the work that needed to be done and then provided me with a detailed quote a few days later. (Meanwhile another company sent a guy to simply measure the eavestroughs rather than a specialist who could speak authoritatively on the subject). Instead of totally replacing my eavestroughs, Andrew found a less expensive repair solution. I appreciated working with Andrew because of his honesty and high-quality workmanship, which seems to be a rarity these days.

    Eaves trough leaf guards

    Called for a quote from 3 companies and Andrew was best quote per foot plus an offer to come to house and see how much work was needed. Arrived when he said, was super pleasant and suggested I didn't need as much leaf guard as I thought. He walked the whole roof, cleaned some areas to inspect and then gave a firm quote that we shook on. Came back next day with a young helper and did the work and then I wrote him a cheque. Very pleased with the result. He knows his business, And I recommend him.

    Eaves cleaning and install of gutter Gus d

    The customer service Andrew provides is exceptional! He is quick to provide quotes, quick to complete the work and a real pleasure to deal with. The quality of work is great. I would recommend Eaves Experts to anyone.

    Eaves troughs - fixing + new installation

    Andrew is awesome. From start to finish he was open and honest about what needed to be done for our eavestroughs. He came to check out eaves troughs for both front and back and gave us a few different options and didn't try to nake us choose the most expensive one, or convince us to buy a new eavestrough when the old one could be fixed. He kept us in the loop for when the work could be done as well and did everything efficiently. Funny story, we have very high ceilings and had been living with two non working lights for a while as we are both afraid of heights, and when we asked Andrew he just changed our bulbs for free and didn't make fun of us. :). I'd highly recommend him!

    Eaves work

    Excellent work and service. Great quote that identified only what needed doing - even found ways to recycle portions of old trough to save me money. Very professional throughout. I wish Andrew did plumbing and electrical!

    Eavestrough repair/replacement

    We needed to have some downspouts repaired/replaced at our house. Andrew inspected all eavestroughs and downspouts, provided great customer service in timely fashion and, further, everything was very well-explained with reasonable pricing. .
