When people invite us to their homes, we come prepared to truly listen to their eavestroughing problems, diagnose them and propose the simplest solution. Many companies are only prepared to tell you how much it will cost to replace the entire system, often without even asking what the problems are. However, most systems just need a little bit of attention to have them performing well again. This not only saves our customers money in the end, but helps avoid waste of of our planet's precious natural resources. It's a win for everybody and we find it satisfying. At times, we will recommend replacement, but it's not our goal. Thank you again.

People's homes really need to be protected from water. So, we are glad to continue offer maintenance services. We like to help our customers understand what the issue is so that they in turn understand the suggestion we are making and why it will work instead of just telling you how much it will cost and to trust us. Part of what we like about what we do is finding the solution to problems instead of just ripping everything off automatically and replacing it. Often with just a few minor adjustments we can keep the existing gutters and still get the water going to the right place. Hi K. Glad to hear you were pleased. Usually once we give a price there won't be a change, or not much, to it unless there are exceptional circumstances. Even then we would usually try to reach the homeowner to discuss first and not just add a surprise to the bill. The repair work didn't really add any time to our visit, so we didn't feel the need to automatically upcharge you for it. We are trying to establish long term relationships, not just charge as much as we can on each item. Please let us know if/when we could be of assistance again.
