    New Installation of Furnance and Hot Water Tank

    Garbage work done by father and son team. Enbridge marked code violations for exhaust pipe on furnace not being braced and using small cut pieces instead of buying a new pipe. Enbridge classified this company and individuals as incompetent. Called Brandelle to come and fix the code violations, but they wanted to charge me even though it was their own work that caused these violations. Had to inform insurance company not to use this company.

    steam humidifier

    they said a steam humidifier would fit and work in our laundry room. It was installed and they said everything was fine . It didn't work and they would not give us a refund.

    Steam humidifier installed

    They confirmed they could install a steam humidifier on our heat pump, which they did. It did not work because the area was to small for it to work properly They didn't check the specifications with the supplier and I paid another company to confirm the unit would not work where it was installed. I have tried for 6 months to get Them to come and take the unit out and return my money. Thayhave not responded to all my emails, texts and phone calls

    Furnace and tankless hot water boiler check up

    Nicolas was great. Great service, good tips for maintenance (what filters to get and where to get) and answered my questions I had. Also quick quote for AC during appointment. Thanks!

    Installation of boiler and tankless hot water

    Five years ago they replaced my boiler and switched the house to a tankless hot water heater. Despite the fact that the old hot water tank was on a contract that could not be broken, they removed and disposed of it and would not assist me with compensation. Just started ignoring my calls. Now in 2021, I had another company do a boiler test and they found that it was missing a low water cut off valve, which was required by code back in 2015 and presents a safety risk. Not recommended!

    Boiler repair

    Could not fix boiler high pressure issue. Installed diaphragm expansion tank on wrong location. Installed water pressure reducer and back flow valve on cast iron pipe which over time will rust and foul water pressure reducer and back flow valve. Called Peter to finish job with air evaporator and never returned our call to finish work and resolve high pressure issue. Should of never paid for job. Very disappointing experience. Even provided owners manual for boiler and still did not do job correctly. Had another company fix the issues.

    New furnace and a/c unit.

    I took ownership of an older house that was in desperate need of a new furnace and I decided to a/c unit in as well. Brandon (from Brandelle) came and gave me an excellent quote, plus outstanding professionalism and attention to details. He was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted without trying to "sell" to me. I was very happy with the work that was done, from the punctuality of meeting for the estimate, to the work being finished on time. I would, without hesitation, recommend them.     Replacement of furnace, AC, and hot water tank

    Pre work: The Brandelle’s proposal was tailored to my needs. I was given clear choices, explained pros and cons of different equipment choices. All price components were clearly explained. The responses were always quick and detailed. The price was acceptable (I got quotes from 3 different companies. Brandelle were a bit higher than the lowest proposal I received, however I had a hard time getting in touch with the provider of the cheapest quote to get some additional clarifications, figured it would be just as hard to get in touch with them if there are any issues post installation). Work: The work was done over the course of 1.5 days with the additional couple of hours a few weeks later to ensure AC can be tested in appropriate condition (all included in the original contract price). The team was done in the originally agreed time, even though there were few additional challenges/tasks added (some required additional time and testing). They cleaned up after themselves well, took all the old equipment, and even dropped off the water tank at Reliance location on my behalf (they were courteous enough to keep it in their truck for a day as I did not have all drop off documents ready) What I appreciated the most, was the clear and detailed explanation I was receiving for any concerns or questions I had. They could have gotten away by giving me some general info and saying that the things are as they should be. Instead they took their time to validate my concerns and explain to me in detail the operations of my newly purchased equipment. Great experience overall with Brandelle, would definitely work with them again and recommend them to my friends/ family.

    New Furnace

    Our furnace was on its last legs in the fall and my husband called Brandelle. They arrived the very next day and quickly assessed the situation. A long story short a new furnace was installed that same day. My husband and I highly recommend Brandelle. We couldn't be happier. Thank-you Brandelle.

    New Furnace Installation over Christmas Holidays

    Unfortunately, during the holiday season my furnace broke down. A call to Brandelle, in the early morning, had them at my doorstep not much later to diagnose the problem. The technician tried his best to find a fix but, on a long term basis, my best option was a replacement (which I had known for years). My furnace was over 20 years old and poorly maintained. Brandelle quoted me for a new furnace with installation that fit well into my budget and was a good fit for my home. I gladly made the decision to go ahead with the new furnace as Brandelle made me feel confident and secure that this was the best solution. The next day the technicians had arrived with a brand new furnace and heat was restored in my home. Thank you Brandelle for your trusting and reliable service!
