Installer arrived considerably much later than expected but Calgary Home Services did keep us apprised. The gentleman was very pleasant. Unfortunately the gas connection was not properly done and, unbeknown to us at the time, gas was leaking into our home. It took some days before we could really smell the gas and the gas company (Atco) was called to come out, on an emergency basis and the valve connection was fixed appropriately by tightening the screw. The company was contacted and a response was received by email. The matter is now closed but the company will be contacted should we have any further concerns.

We received a top-notch service from Calgary Heating services. We were looking for a Heat Pump and a High-efficiency furnace to upgrade our HVAC. Mohsin demonstrated a deep knowledge of what we were looking for. He made a few recommendations that were appropriate for our home. Once we chose CHS to do the work, Hussain was later dispatched to prepare for the installation. Hussain and Matin were able to install the equipment within 1.5 days with very little disruption to our lives. They were courteous and very efficient. During the installation, they even corrected a plumbing mistake made by a previous contractor at no extra cost. Hussain and Mohsin came back and dealt with another minor issue that was not related to the equipment. We heartily recommend this very professional, efficient and supportive company for your heating service needs.

Time to upgrade the hot water tank according to my insurance company since they would not cover any damages should the 10 yr old tank burst. Spoke to a few companies but was impressed with my discussion with Moshin's explanation and knowledge. Fortunately I was able to get the new hot water tank installed later that day. Would definitely recommend and would call them again. Maybe for a new furnace in the future.

When I reached out to Calgary Heating Services, they were very prompt and I was able to discuss my problems. He indicated several options for me and we were able to delay the replacement of my tanks for a while. When I need to replace the tanks I will definitely call this company!

Called Mohsin at Calgary Heating Services. I mentioned my furnace was running all the time with very little heat. He scheduled me promptly for the next day with JP (technican extraordinaire). JP courtesy called prior to arriving. Checked my furnace thoroughly for the problem, recalibrated it, and had it running better than when it was new (meaning not constantly cycling improperly). I was thinking replacement of the control board etc. But, no. JP was easy to talk with, and explained everything. CHS is the best I've had. DO NOT waste your time, and money with anyone else.

Just last month, on November 01, 2021, Mohsin, a top person at this outfit, most efficiently dealt with this purchase and installation of equipment at our rental property where our tenant who is a doctor was just amazed by the quality work that was done. A new goodman furnace and a humidifier was installed within 6 hours and no trace of any untidiness was left behind. The 20 year old furnace was removed and disposed off by them. Most astounding were the staff under Mohsin, who actually did all the technical work. One was a courteous and professional Andrew and the other (?) under him. Being leery by nature, first I did a lot of homework before betting on this company. This company had a BBB A+ rating with no customer complaints. Second, it had glowing reviews. Yet, I could not but call them up and ask multiple questions almost daily and noticed Mohsin stayed amazingly patient and ever ready to answer. For me it was a big purchase so I was actually annoyingly over-cautious. Finally, it all ended well and we are happy we were able to choose the right heating company. I highly recommend this company and would advise you to look for Mohsin to start with.

My furnace would not turn on. I called Calgary Heating Services they answered right away and was very kind over the phone. They came out under 4 hours and fixed everything. The worker was very nice and professional.

Mid Dec my 25 yr old furnace failed to ignite once/day randomly for a week. Found CHS in Homestars. Mohsin arrived on time. He confirmed the flame sensor (installed last winter) was good. He cleaned the burner in front of the spark generator and adjusted the gas pressure. At my request, he replaced the sparker with one I supplied. He was professional, accomodating and friendly. Price was resonable. Problem has not recurred since the service.

Service call for leaking around the furnace . It was a blocked duct , resolved quickly . Recommended new filters
