I’d like to thank Jay and his amazing crew, Daniel, Travis and Corey as well as Brett who came to lend a hand, for building beautiful, solid fences for me and 12 of my neighbours! Coordinating that many folks was no easy feat, but they handled it like the pros they are.
We used HomeStars (great site), and originally selected another fence contractor in 2020, based purely on a slight difference in cost. Wrong! In my experience, whenever possible, pick quality over cost. You’ll be much better off in the long run. I thought Jay was the better choice then, but majority rules. Well, that contractor didn’t have a steady supply of lumber like Jay and kept pushing the job later and later until it was too late to get it done in 2020. That was a blessing in disguise! In April 2021, I rallied the neighbours, and we called Green Side Up instead. We learned that Jay never stopped building fences all through 2020 because he had a steady supply of lumber, straight from the mill. After a couple of calls and meetings, with Jay answering all of our questions, we were ready to go.
The crew was friendly, accommodating, and the workmanship was outstanding. Except for a little inclement weather, the job stayed on track, and was completed in a timely fashion. Also Green Side Up has a 10 year warranty which is unheard of!
If you want a fence that will stand the test of time, quality workmanship and look gorgeous, Green Side Up Inc is the only contractor you should consider. You will not be disappointed. Now, I’m off to admire my new fence. Stay safe! Connie
