We would give Optima 10 out of 10 for this project. Here is how the process works – elaborated for those who are oblivious to what actually happens in such projects, just like how we were. Our windows project started with Alina visiting our house one evening. She is very soft-spoken besides being very professional. She expertly estimated the measurements of the doors and windows. We went through the advantages of the different window styles, the material used in the construction etc. She patiently provided answers to all our queries. It was quite late by the time we finished. She had estimated/measured all the doors and windows and had provided us the project cos. We then signed the contract. Later we had Artour coming over to actually measure the windows and doors. Except for a few, he had done these measurements from the outside. The installation was estimated for about a month later but due to the Covid situation this got delayed by around 2 additional months. The Optima installation team (probably 6 persons) arrived at our place on the day of installation, right on time. They were truly professional and extremely efficient. They not just replaced 26 windows but also the front and the patio door in just 1 day, even though they had asked for 2 days for the installation. The team had worked in such a way that the family had some privacy on one floor and when that was completed they asked us to move to the area where the installation and cleanup was done. They did a thorough cleanup at the end but be ready to discover a lot of dust/dirt hidden under nooks and crannies that you will discover in the following days. Have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family. Just a suggestion for them (that has already been provided to them). Had requested them to provide me with what comes for the double doors (from the factory). I had not got a proper response. I needed to know if there were latches provided (yes they are). No handles (so get them) and there are 2 openings for the deadbolt (for each door). This was the issue – I expected only 1, so nearly at the end of the day had to get something to put a dummy lock for the second door. They should now be providing this information to all clients who order doors - and maybe also explain in detail, to the clients what the whole process would be. They did do that but probably it was not enough for us (but now you know)  Kudos to the Optima team for a job well done and for their professional and soft-spoken attitude and being considerate in interacting with us.

We have met with five different companies and Optima won our trust with their quality of their product, knowledge and expertise of sales rep Gleb and professionalism of their crew. We know the two of our neighbors have signed with them already. I’m sure you can trust them your window and door replacement project

I selected Optima windows and doors in July 2020 after doing some research. The person doing the estimate was very thorough, explaining the work in detail and courteous. Considering the size of my house, the cost seemed reasonable. The workers arrived promptly at the time specified and appeared to have done a first class job. They also made a couple of changes at no extra cost. Based on my experience, anyone choosing Optima Windows and Doors will not have cause for disappointment.

Good overall team. Make sure you follow up with them every 2 weeks to make sure the manufacture provide them the corrected glass for the windows. Otherwise it would take another month at least to order the corrected one.

It was worth the wait to get the windows installed. I have got some compliments on the design on the inside of the frames. The arch window glass is also a nice touch, rather than the wood that was there before. Nicely done ! So glad I chose coloured frames rather than the common white ones.

From the first sales appointment to the complete work Optima exceeded our expectations. Always available to discuss any changes and updates. Very clean work and very fast! Thank you Optima for great experience. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality and price project.

Thanks for doing this in a very short time. The technicians were very polite and friendly. I thought this is will go over budget but it wasn't. I am very pleased with their service.

Gleb is very patient and gives me every piece of information that I need and its price is the most competitive. He showed me the product sample which is the most impressive comparing to other companies. The installation team are very efficient and finished the job perfectly. I woud mark the work 95% as some little details could be done better. I changed two windows before the winter and could not wait to change all my windows and doors from Optima. YAY.

We just got 27 windows and front door replaced by Optima within one day! Now we understand why their reputation is so high everywhere. They work so fast and efficient, we couldn’t even believe that everything was done within one day. Optima team works like a well oiled machine everyone knows what to do and when to do.
