High quality windows with perfect installation Eight windows in our house have just been replaced by Optima Home Improvements. The project started with Gleb’s visit. Without fancy brochures, Gleb, with a demo window, explained their products, answered all our questions, and helped us make the right decision of hiring Optima for the job. On Oct. 9, Ben and his crew (Max and Taras) came for the installation. They removed the old, installed the new, and made sure everything fit perfectly. After all finishing done, they did thorough clean-up. True professionals! We look forward to welcoming them back for more windows’ replacement.

Our windows & patio doors have just been replaced by Optima Home Improvements. It all started with neighbors' conversation about their great experience with Optima and Chris’ visit, explaining the products, process and answering our questions. While other companies came to sell us their products, and pressured us to make impromptu decisions, Chris was providing solutions to our situation, giving us time & space to make a decision we were comfortable with. At our demand, the installation date was pushed out a few months without a question. On the agreed install date, Arthur & crew came and worked two days in a row, removed old, installed new, made sure everything fits perfectly, all finishing done, cleaned up, true professionals! Our new windows & patio doors add value to our house, good quality & beautiful design, and an exemplary workmanship!

Optima Home Improvements recently installed new windows and a patio door in my home and I am extremely pleased with the result. Right from the beginning Gleb was very professional and personable, answering all of my questions in a patient and pleasant manner. He was also very quick to respond if I had any additional questions. As the project was carried out and the installation began, the installers were very professional and worked very hard to finish the job as quickly as possible. In addition, they did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolutely stunning installation of new windows in our home in Oakville. I have worked in the construction industry personally for the past 15 years, and work with many window companies. Optima is so far ahead of the competition in terms of quality, service, and overall experience. From the moment I met Chris, I knew I didn’t have to look anywhere else. He is a consummate professional, and understands every aspect of the process, and answered all questions before I even asked. Their home star rating also was incredibly impressive, and well deserved. The window products are amazing. The suggestions that Chris gave us were fantastic from a design standpoint. Our home looks so much better than it did before. As far as installation is concerned, the crew could not have been more professional and precise, and I am very picky. They kept our house incredibly clean throughout the process. Ben and the rest of his crew were simply outstanding. It is so refreshing to work with a company that is so professional, fixated on pleasing the customer, and truly in the business of home improvement. And that is what they did here, they improved this home and we could not be more pleased! Well done to all! I will be referring you to everyone I know!

When we first met with Optima about replacing our windows, we were pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable Gleb was. He answered all of our questions and priced everything out (very fairly) for us. We ordered a side door as well, so the process took a little longer before we had the windows installed, but it was worth the wait. Despite a few communication/scheduling bumps, Ben and his crew did an amazing job on the windows - our house is now much more energy efficient, looks great and is pretty soundproof. We are very happy we chose Optima!

Optima home improvement is a great company to replace windows.They are reasonably priced and do an amazing job. The workers are very friendly and work fast.They also clean up! I would 100% recommend their company!

We were so worried about hiring a window person after meeting a few different companies and not getting great vibes off of any of them. After looking on Homestars, we saw lots of great reviews for Optima and decided to go with them after meeting with Chris. We had all the windows on our 140 year old, downtown 3-story Victorian replaced by Optima. From start to finish Chris was extremely communicative, patient, explained the ins and outs of the process, gave recommendations...He even told us when we didn't necessarily need to replace some windows because they weren't as old as the others (we did anyways for continuity but the honesty was appreciated). They came and worked like crazy and got pretty much everything done within 2 days, the only thing we had to wait on was a miscommunication about our side windows which was totally our fault. They came and installed them no problem a few weeks later and fixed a tiny dent that had happened on one of the 3rd floor ones too. You can't go wrong with these guys - they are extremely thorough, and the work is fantastic. I will add photos soon!! 10/10 we would recommend them to anyone who needs a window person.

Optima Home Improvement worked fabulously on our home windows yesterday. Chris Zavodyuk, Ben and his team worked great. I personally thanked whole team to work so professionally and cooperating with my family. They showed a high grade of professionalism as work done on time as said earlier. Thanks optima.
