    Parking and front steps and walkway

    I can't recommend Bulgari highly enough. They repaved our parking pad and installed a new walkway and stone steps leading to our porch in the Fall of 2018. They were punctual and the work was very well done. They even returned in the summer of 2019 to fix one small issue where one of the pavers had slightly sunk without cost or complaint. Simply the best company/contractor I have dealt with in the Ottawa area period.

    Backyard Patio, Driveway and Front walkway

    Absolutely 100% satisfied with our new driveway, patio and walk way !!!. Great company to deal with. Suren came by and gave us a quote. Presented us with options and was not at all pushy - just a quiet, competent guy. Bobbi the Office manager was exceptional in keeping me informed of scheduling and timelines. During the entire work process, which was considerable as three projects were occurring at the same time, the site was kept clean, options were given, crew was on-time and worked hard and steadily. Suren was onsite everyday working with his crew and was readily available for questions. They even stayed late on the Friday evening to finish the patio. The care to detail and completeness was so appreciated and the all of my questions and concerns were answered respectfully and with detail. Over the moon happy with the service and work performed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bulgari Paving and Interlock to friends and family

    Repaved Laneway

    Bulgari Paving repaved our laneway and corrected some interlocking tiles for proper drainage. It looks fantastic! The TEAM was very professional, efficient, knowledgable, friendly. The interlock was perfect. We would highly recommend this company.

    Driveway and Walkway replacement

    Our driveway wasn’t quite “done”, but our walkway was at then end of it’s lifespan. We saw the job Bulgari did on our neighbor’s place so we got a quote last fall. When the road weight restrictions were lifted, they scheduled the job, with weather unpredictable they were very much in communication on start days and time. The owner is onsite everyday and they did a beautiful job, everything cleaned up and everyone was very professional. Quote only changed a bit because of an unknown structural issue with the stairs, but they were upfront with what was needed, why and the cost.

    Great Work!

    We love our new 4' sidewalk, along the driveway, and a larger front step. We also had a stone border put in, across the front of the perennials, below our front porch, and it all looks amazing. We loved the team they brought, with the individual responsibilities they all had, and the quality of their work. Everything was done with exactness and care. It looked like a beehive of activity. They worked two different days, because of rain. They cleaned up, as they worked, and finished with a perfect job. We are incredibly impressed with everything from start to finish. We especially appreciate the supervision of Seren. He made a real effort to see that we were pleased with everything, including the colour of the stone, and the level of the border, etc. etc.

    Paving and Interlock

    Professional ontime service. New Driveway and interlock repair is beautiful and by far the cheapest of the quotes. I highly recommend them as their crew was amazing with perfect workmanship.

    Great work, on time and on budget

    Very satisfied with our new driveway. Great company to deal with. Suren came by and gave us a quote. Presented us with options and was not at all pushy - just a quiet, competent guy. They were very good about giving us an approximate start for the job. About a week before they gave us an exact date. We chose to have a new gravel bed put in as ours was 30 years old. They dug down 8" and put down two grades of gravel as they had promised in their quote. They were meticulous about the asphalt coat and constantly kept the work area clean. Very happy with this service and would recommend to friends.

    New Driveway and Walkway

    I join the chorus of satisfied customers of Bulgari Paving Inc. A thoroughly professional contractor who delivered a reconstructed asphalt driveway and interlocking brick front walkway on estimate and on time. The owner, Mr. Suri Tchilingirian, was on site and supervised the work. A job well done.

    Fantastic work, thrilled with my new driveway

    I had my driveway redone and an interlock path created. Quick, efficient work. Beautiful attention to detail. Great, quick communication. Kind, helpful workers. Just great overall. I recommend them highly!

    New Driveway

    Our driveway was in desperate need of repair. It was not that old and Suren indicated that it may require a new 12" base but would not know until it was dug up. All the pricing was presented up-front for the worst case scenario and unfortunately for us, we were presented with the worst case. Bulgari ended up having to dig down for a new base, installed a nylon membrane, used larger gravel for the first layer and did a great job paving the driveway. We now have piece of mind that this was done right and will last much longer than the previous driveway did. Great group of respectful, considerate and knowledgeable workers. Couldn't be happier with our choice of contractor.
