    furnace

    Wed. Dec. 20th, after business hours, and no heat from my furnace! I had used Pro Ace Heating in the March for a spring furnace clean & check, so I called them with my problem. As the house was still warm I didn't need emergency action but I had a response before 8 am the next morning and a skilled and efficient technician at the door 1½ hours later. Yusaku, the tech, found the defective heat sensor, had it replaced and heat coming out quickly. He also explained the benefits of duct cleaning and encouraged me to take advantage of their service. I am happy to recommend Pro Ace Heating & AC.

    Excellent setrvice!

    Excellent furnace service and filter replacement! A technician arrived on time and walked us through everything he has done in our house. He was very polite, looked professionally and knowledgeable.

    Awesome Service

    My wife called Pro Ace when Fortis showed up unexpectedly and turned our furnace off. The tech walked me through the steps to get my hot water tank and furnace pilots lit again. And even though he spent several minutes with me on the phone, texting pictures to him, he did it as a courtesy, and created a future customer.

    Furnace Repair

    The technician was knowledgeable and thorough.Part was ordered and installed in a timely manner.Follow up calls,regarding my experience with the repair process were appreciated.I will deal with this company in the future,with any further troubles

    Annual Furnace Maintenance.

    Yusaku was excellent with his professionalism and his attention to detail as well as extremely courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their heat, cooling and water systems.

    replace furnace motor

    clean, well spoken - explained what was wrong, what had to be done in a manner that was understood by me (a 70's plus woman) very very nice

    Heating

    We had issues with our heat still being on even when the thermostat was off. Our house has radiant heating and the floor was still quite hot. The ProAce technician came and addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. Very polite and excellent communication.

    Boiler service and repair

    Proace services our boiler every year. Their technicians are always very knowledgeable and on time.

    The gas furnace stopped heating the house.

    The engineer came around very quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure valve. A temporary fix was done. The new part had to be order and fitted. All work was completed in 48 hours.
