    Installation of a gas log fireplace

    Sonny was knowledgeable and very prompt . His installers did an excellent job and were helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied with the product and the service we received.

    Gas fireplace

    Two weeks before Christmas, we were told our old fireplace was not worth repairing. With knowledgeable advice and fair pricing, by Christmas, we were sipping eggnog and admiring our new gas fireplace. Service was quick, clean and very efficient. Kudo.

    Install electric fireplace

    I replace my old electric fireplace which is enclosed in a carved stone wall. It was about 15 years old and had broken down. Rather than repair I decided it was time for a new Dimplex unit. The new unit is connected to 220v and with a fan can through off a lot of heat quickly. It operates very quietly which was not the case for the old one. The fact flame and wood ambers glow brightly and look real. The installers did a good job with covering the gap between the fireplace and stone edge with matching black trim. The installers, included an electrical and did the job in less than 2 hrs.

    Fireplace and surround installation

    From start to completion of the fireplace and surround installation, we could not have been happier. Sonny’s entire team were professional, prompt, respectful of our home, tidy and clean. The fireplace Sonny suggested based on what we had wanted is excellent and has transformed our living space into a cozy and wonderful room. Hussein the cast stone/surround Master and artist created an unbelievable backdrop for the new fireplace. I had made suggestions based on what we wanted and he made further Design recommendations based on the configuration of our space. We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful fireplace and living area, I would be happy to recommend Toronto Comfort Zone.

    White shaker style wood fireplace mantle.

    Attention to details and excellent customer service. He sent drafts of the design and updated the drafts to reflect our design choices and details. Sonny rushed the order and arranged to have it delivered quickly so we could have it before Christmas. He communicated promptly with replies to our emails.     gas fireplace purchase and installation

    Sonny was very good about answering my many questions patiently. He always got back to me when I contacted him. Full marks on responsiveness. The two installers arrived on time and were both competent and very pleasant.

    Electric Fireplace installation

    Toronto Comfort Zone was a phenomenal place to purchase our fireplace. The customer service, attention to detail, and wide selection of models made the shopping experience delightful. I highly recommend this company.

    Fireplace insert

    Sonny was great! He came into our house and told us exactly what it would cost to replace our fire insert, or the entire mantle, or even just a quick fix if we wanted. After deciding on the insert replacement we had an appointment booked for about 2 weeks after. The gentleman that came in was thorough and told us what he was doing the whole time. Because not all inserts fit properly into a pre-made mantle, we talked about the best way to make the surrounding border look good. Great service! Highly recommended.

    Gas Fireplace

    From start to finish the experience was seamless. I called for a quote and within days Sonny came to measure and provide a quote. Sonny found the exact fireplace I wanted despite the small opening in my existing fireplace. The installation team was professional, neat and completed their work on time. I highly recommend Toronto Comfort zone.

    New Marquis Fireplace insert to replace an old one

    I contacted Toronto Comfort Zone after having been given a run around by another provider that said my gas-line install was too complex. I had to reroute a previous gas-line which was going through a bedroom to get to the fireplace (old Toronto home), and wanted it to instead be routed through the basement. Sonny reviewed the requirements and had no problem presenting a solution. After picking the fireplace, a beautiful Marquis with fluted backing and driftwood logs, Sonny had his technicians come by within a week of our initial meeting...I was in a rush because it had already gotten cold, but Sonny managed to fit me in even though October and November are peak seasons for installation. After the installers came by, they set everything up within a few hours, and by the end of the day I was sitting by a cozy flame. I will definitely use them again; great company, and great team.
