We are thrilled with our new kitchen from Rockwood Kitchens. Desirae at the Newmarket showroom was amazing to work with. Her design was well thought out and suited our needs perfectly. Desirae was extremely patient as we changed our minds on the different aspects of the design. She was always very responsive to our questions or making changes by email. We felt confident in her advice and the result is excellent. The Rockwood Kitchen installation was completed on-time and as promised. The attention to detail by our installer was professional and you could tell he took pride in his workmanship. In fact, there was some minor damage to one of the tall cabinets, something that we may not have noticed ourselves but immediately he called the warehouse and had another cabinet shipped out to replace it. The post-installation follow-up was superb. We encountered a colour match issue with one small section of our quartz countertop and Rockwood did not hesitate to replace it. Amazing staff and truly a pleasure to work with, from the initial design to the post-installation customer service. Karl & Kathy Stouffville

Desirae was excellent. Patient and answered all my questions. I love the kitchen. My wife really loves it. Everyday she smiles just by walking into it. We are very satisfied with the install and the kitchen. Great job.

We are extremely happy with our Rockwood Kitchen and have had great experiences from all involved. Installer Damien excelled at his work and to the details of the install. Our designer Desirae brought our vision to life with her excellent talent in design and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns.

From the day i walked into there showroom everything was good as i thought, the price has changed 3 times thru out the process from mistakes on there side. One of the big disappointment was when 2 people from there office came to measure the cabinets, it wasn't the installer or warehouse making the cabinets, these where office people that had no clue what i wanted even no the deal was made with sales person and myself measurements and drawings. They told me what cabinets i was getting that where not even close to the drawings. The office person demanded that this is the only way to do it, well after 1 hour of showing them what they had and how it fits in my kitchen she agreed. Then when the cabinets came they where the wrong size, Thank god to the hired contractor made things work and went to get the proper cabinets, it was a 3 day instantiation instead of a 1 day instantiation for the cabinets and i had to baby sit. while he was installing the cabinet doors a number of them where badly finished and had to be replaced, a few months go by and my cabinet door center part started to shrink and i can see a different color so they had to get replaced, some of the doors while opening hit the other doors, they didn't have the proper hinges or use them, only 1 style of hinges (WOW) just over 1 year my other cabinet doors started to shrink and they told me to bad your warranty is 1 year, no one there would call me back or deal with the situation thru my experience with them. 2 years after no one has returned my call or want to deal with this. Very sad and it wasn't a lot cheaper than a real kitchen guy that i got a quote from, a kitchen company who comes to your home who is actually building your kitchen, not office people who think they no by reading a tape measure. Terrible experience for a small to medium basic kitchen, I also told them that i have rental property with 4 kitchens to be replaced and they didn't care so i gave my business to someone else, as well family members went else where. They didn't care. Do your homework because there is a difference with a real kitchen company who comes to look and build it for you them selves.

We had heard good things about Rockwood Kitchens and they did not disappoint. We worked closely with designer Kelsee who was a great help throughout the entire process. We are very happy with the end product. Thanks Rockwood.

We worked with Rockwood kitchens and designer Megan Doering. Outstanding products and prices as well as a designer who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Megan was on top of everything even suggesting items we had no idea about to make our kitchen amazing. Highly recommend both.

She did an amazing job. She made sure not to waste any space, no matter how small. There is so much usable storage. The installers also did an amazing job. Thank you John. Kelly was well organized through the whole process, making sure that everything was completed on schedule and that we were satisfied with the end result. Thanks again Kelly and the RockWood team. i HAD A NEW KITCHEN RENOVATION DONE THIS PAST SEPTEMBER BY ROCKWOOD KITCHENS. I DEALT WITH KELLY IRWIN AT ROCKWOOD KITCHEN'S BARRIE LOCATION AND ALSO KELSIE AT THE PICKERING LOCATION. KELLY WAS MOST HELPFUL IN CREATING THE NEW DESIGN FOR MY OUTDATED KITCHEN. ANY QUESTIONS i HAD SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER. KELSIE WAS ALSO HELPFUL IN SHOWING ME THE KITCHEN CUPBOARD SAMPLES AND SINK AND COUNTERTOPS CHOICES. FROM THE FELLOW WHO TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS TO THE KITCHEN CUPBOARD INSTALLERS AND COUNTERTOP INSTALLERS THE JOB WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ROCKWOOD KITCHENS!! THE OTHER STAFF AT ROCKWOOD WERE PLEASANT ALSO FROM THE FELLOW WHO TOOK THE MEASUREMENTS TO THE INSTALLERS OF THE CUPBOARDS AND COUNTERTOPS.

Kelly was a pleasure to work with and ensured our galley kitchen used every inch to make it as functional as possible! The cabinet and countertop installers demonstrated pride in their workmanship and were very professional. Kelly was always quick to respond to questions and time lines/ installation schedule was adhered to! Felt like a valued customer throughout the entire process! Thank you!

I renovated a relatively small galley-style kitchen that was in tough shape when I bought the house a few years back and my neighbour had used RockWood when they renovated their house two years ago. They were happy with everything and recommended them. It all started well enough, my designer, Kelsee, in the Pickering location was very friendly and helpful. She took all my changes in stride and designed a great looking kitchen. Unfortunately, my installation crew ("Johnny" and "Tommy") was less than stellar to say the least. Poor quality installation, rude and they left my house in an atrocious mess. However, after a conversation with Kelsee the next day, the Pickering store manager came over and spent two hours cleaning up the mess the installers had made. RockWood made arrangements to have another installer come back and make several corrections and assured me that everything would be made right. In a few days, they sent James to make the corrections and he did a top-notch job and fixed everything to my satisfaction. The counters were installed later and also done well. While I had some bumps in the road, I can now say that I have a great looking kitchen that I'm very happy with. In the end, companies can hire the wrong people and make mistakes - it happens. However, it's how they take responsibility for those mistakes that matters in the end. RockWood stood up and made things right and that's all that anyone can ask.
