Very professional group of guys, from start to the end. Would recommend Alex, Syrgak, and Elchin! These guys moved us in the rain with care! Excellent group of guys.

Recently I had to move to my new home and Max movers helped me with that. Alex, Serga and Viktor have done a very good job. They worked very hard and fast to complete my moving as soon as possible. As well they wrapped all my new furniture to not damage it during moving. Thank you very much guys for arranging my moving in a convenient time for me. As well I greatly appreciate how they respected my property as if it were their own. They were kind polite and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better team!

I would like to share my experience about moving with Max movers. I had a luck to move twice this summer and As I used Max movers few years ago I hired them again to move me from one home to another. I received great and fast service. First time it took them only 5 hours to clear my completely furnished house and it included wrapping of furniture to protect it from damage during moving. Second time on the end of the August Alexey and Victor had to move me to my new place. They arrange everything in convenient time for me and didn't hesitate to work late evening hours. I appreciate all hard work that was done for me. I definitely will use Max movers in a future, as well I would highly recommend their service to everyone else! Thank you very much guys!

Vlad quoted us a price on the phone and at the end it ended up being exactly that with no overages. Great bunch of guys, loaded everything up carefully and didn't scratch or dent anything. In the end they did a great job, will recommend to others.

We moved from a 1 bedroom condo to a house 8 minutes away - Vlad quoted us that it would take 3-4 hours and we'd need 2 of his men. 3 hours later they were still loading boxes and furniture into the truck at the condo and complaining that it should be have been a 3 person job (which wouldn't have cost us any more but would have made the work go quicker - hence Vlad didn't send us a 3rd mover). When they'd got to the condo they made us sign a contract saying we agree to pay the amount on the contract no matter what but they refused to put an amount in - basically making us sign a blank cheque - before they would touch anything. Then they made us pay them for a random amount the predicted once they go the truck to the house before they would unload anything. We paid them (much more than our quoted amount based on how much longer everything took than they'd told us). An hour later we discovered they'd scratched up my grandmother's antique dining room table, all the shelves for our bookshelf, and shattered an 8 frame wall picture frame. As soon as I pointed this out and asked how they repair these things, they started claiming they needed more money and wouldn't unload anything until we gave them more money. They sat in their truck for 45 mins on the phone with Vlad, their boss, and tried to get us to pay for that time too. Eventually it was pitch black and 9pm at night (move started at 2pm) and they just dumped the remaining 25 boxes and a large dresser on the street and bolted (after trying to physically force their way into our house to look for a screwdriver they were concerned we still had). Luckily a neighbour took pity on us and helped us move the remaining pieces into our living room and off the street. WORST move experience ever - I would NEVER recommend them, go anywhere else and save yourself half a day, hours of pain and the costs of repairing broken items yourself. Avoid them at all costs.

MAX Movers moved some furniture for us this morning. They were a pleasure to deal with. Punctual, efficient, friendly and so reasonable. I would highly recommend them for a move, big or small.
