I contacted Steve Y. regarding an problem electric air filter and some odd sounds coming from my furnace. It had been a while since I had any service done, and I was expecting the worst. Steve contacted me right away and gave me multiple options for when a tech could be over. The tech, Aiden, showed-up exactly when he said he would. Aiden was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the source of the problem. More importantly, he gave me a reasonable and cost-effective solution and did not try to up sell something I did not need. The issues were fixed and some much needed maintenance was completed in no time, and at the price quoted. Further, I received a call from Steve shortly after to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service. I will definitely be using Air In Motion again in the future and recommending them to friends.

We just moved into the Waterdown area, and needed to set up a gasoline for our natural gas BBQ. Steve and his team not only quickly took care of hooking us up, but identified a possible risk with a garage heater shut of valve and made sure we had it all taken care of within the day! Such a great experience working with Steve and his team.

The AIM technician was thorough and professional. He did everything he could to solve the problem in one visit. He clearly identified the root issue could require an expensive valve or complete tank replacement, but by servicing the sensors it could address the problem, which he did. It's been 2 weeks and we've had no further issues and are very happy with Air in Motion.

i'd been considering installing a tankless water heater and potentially even overhauling my entire furnace and AC unit. steve from Air in Motion drove from mississauga to my property in toronto this morning to meet with me and survey my house. i explained my goals and situation and even though i was open to spending the money, steve talked me out of it and gave all the reasons he thought i should wait. his reasons were specific to my circumstances and ultimately he helped me realize it made more economic sense for me to wait. now, once i'm ready to do any work on my home's HVAC system, steve at Air in Motion will be the first person i call. i highly recommend Air In Motion for any HVAC work. honest and professional...friendly and knowledgable. 10/10, 5 stars.

Air Conditioning pooped out. Doing my own meticulous and detailed analysis, I was pretty sure it was either a seized Flummox Arm or a scorched Johnson Rod on the outer Flemson Valve. Just for the hell of it, I called in the experts at Air In Motion Heating + Cooling. It took them 5 minutes to diagnose the real problem, and less than 1 hour to source the part and install it.
