Our furnace stopped working during the latest cold snap and we contacted Steve for help. He had someone over to our house within a few hours. We made the decision to purchase a new furnace since our existing one was over 25 years old. Steve was extremely responsive and very helpful in supplying us with heaters until the new furnace could be installed. The installers did a excellent job and did a thorough cleanup upon completion. I would highly recommend Steve and his company for anyone’s HVAC needs.

We requested a quote to replace our existing pedestal sink which included removal and new install. As well, we wanted to have both of our outside taps fixed as they were leaking a bit and needed attention before the colder weather set-in. Steve contacted as quickly and within a day we had an estimate which was very competitive. Again once we ordered our new sink, Al, his technician came and installed our sink along with the taps and provided additional advice which was much appreciated. I had a fireplace that would not light reliably. I called around and found a one vendor that recommended replacing the fireplace and another that needed weeks to come by and diagnose the problem. Steve at Air In Motion was more than helpful and coordinated someone to visit my house within 24 hours. His technician Peter came out of his way to help at 7pm at night. Even though it was clearly a long day for him, he made sure to explain what he was going to do, gave me some tips to help maintain the unit, and took extra care to make sure he cleaned the mess inside and outside the unit. When Peter left my wife and I were amazed at how new the fireplace looked. The glass was so clean it was almost invisible when the unit was lit. The fireplace turns on faster than ever. I highly recommend Air In Motion. They gave me excellent service.
