Oh No .. No Heat On The Coldest Week .. Figures. So my husband and I went on our neighbourhood site to ask for a referral ... and we were told about Steve and his guys at Air In Motion Heating & Cooling. Not only did they come out immediately, they had to order a part and the next morning before 8:30 am they were back our door and had our heat back on in record time ... totally recommend Air In Motion 100%. I called Air in Motion H & C due to a no heat situation in my parent's house. Steve called me back immediately and Nick, the technician arrived at the house shortly thereafter. Nick quickly diagnosed that the furnace needed a new motor. Unfortunately, the part was out of stock and would only be available the next day. Nick was very conscientious and offered to loan my elderly parents (in their 80's) a heater for the day. That was really appreciated. He also committed to driving to Oakville early the next day to pick up the part and install it ASAP. He was true to his word - the next day he arrived at my parent's house before 8:30. He installed the part quickly and everything was up and running a short while later. The service was very quick, efficient and friendly.. I highly recommend this company!

I called Steve on Monday as the gas fireplace in our living room would not work, Steve already came well recommended to me. On Wednesday, Nick, one of Steve's best technicians arrived, on time, and very quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired, cleaned and serviced our fireplace. He was very respectful about safety (wore a mask all the time), and, left the work area in a spotless condition. We're very happy with the work and the price.

Air in Motion were great and very professional in getting our furnace serviced. We noticed that there was water coming out of the furnace. The service worker was on site and very quick in identifying the problem and cleared it up promplty before any serious damage could be made. Cleaned the rest of the furnace and ducts. A week later another team member came in to change our water tank heater. Was in and out as though he was never there. Left the place super clean. Very reasonabley priced too. Would deifinately use their services again in the fuituire and recommend they to any one and every one. Thanks Air in Motion .

We recently had Air In Motion in to install a new furnace and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Steve delivered on everything he promised, a remarkable achievement in the current environment. Communication was fantastic. Steve dropped by to check on the install. His guys were top notch. They were on time and had everything wrapped up completely on schedule. They also left the place spic and span. I was really impressed by the level of service and customer care. These guys would be my first recommendation to anyone in need of a new furnace or furnace service/repair.

Steve + co. from Air In Motion Heating + Cooling had someone come over the next day to assess our tenant's furnace and were able to quickly fix the furnace so that our tenants were not left without heat before the first real temperature drop of this month.

I've had Air in Motion service my furnace, tankless water heater, and my air conditioning unit for some time now. Some preventative, some diagnostic... They always go above and beyond my expectations. With concerns around COVID, the staff have also all been clearly trained to take the right precautionary measures to ensure everyone's safety so it's been nice to feel safe when they've come by over the last few months. There also always courteous and respectful of my home, which I appreciate it. Most recently, they helped resolve a big problem I was having with my hot water tank, saving me a bunch of money and also helping me with some tips on how to better care for the unit in the future. They are a great company - highly recommended!
