Scott and Spencer provided friendly and personable same-day raccoon removal service for a family of raccoons living in my soffit. They were running behind schedule and phoned me about 30 minutes in advance of the agreed upon time to let me know they'd be late and when they'd arrive (rare in the world of contractors!). I wasn't even sure exactly where they were living - I though it might be the attic or the wall - but they did a thorough investigation and located the family. They installed a one way door with an extra little gap for the babies in case they couldn't use the door. The family is gone!

Scott was less than other places I called. Answered his phone after hours and came when he said he would. He had the animal removed quickly and was pleasant throughout. I would reccomend him without hesistation.

Our Wildlife Problems: 1) Some birds were nesting in our second storey bathroom exhaust pipes. 2) A family of racoons (a mother and two kits) had taken up residence in the flat roof portion of our single storey rear addition. The solution: 1) We called Liddle Rascals on a Saturday afternoon. After leaving a short message Scott called us back and made arrangements to come onsite that same day to assess our situation. 2) Scott provided a quote for his services to address our two wildlife problems, which was to clean out and remove the birds and their nest and to remove the family of racoons. His described methods were humane and would bring no harm to the animals. 3) His quoted price was lower than quotes from other similar service providers and seemed fair given the danger and risks associated with the type of work involved (handling a potentially feral, agitated, mother racoon desperate to use her sharp teeth and claws to protect her young, as well as fall hazards associated with climbing up an extension ladder one or more storeys to do so). 4) After accepting his quote, Scott went right to work that Saturday, and was able to remove the birds nest (the birds flew away as soon as he got near the nest) and to remove one of the racoon kits. A few days later, through the work of Scott and his associate, we watched as the mother racoon picked up her kit and ran off, leaving our house and property for good. They then sealed the remaining opening in our soffit so that the racoons could never return to trouble us again. 5) Scott was very courteous and professional throughout our dealings. He also demonstrated a keen knowledge regarding the wildlife that he was up against, in particular the racoons, and knew what to do, and how to handle them under various situations. 6) Although the racoons were a nuisance, we were very happy to see that the mother racoon and her kit were unharmed and would relocate elsewhere. Racoons are protected wildlife in Ontario, and cannot be harmed by owners or pest control personnel. 7) If we ever have any other wildlife related issues again, we would definately call Liddle Rascals Wildlife Control again.

I called Scott as we had an issue with a squirrel nest under our upper floor deck. Scott and Spencer came right on time, the next day, to resolve this nuisance. Scott and Spencer provided an excellent service. They installed a netting and a one-way door so the squirrels cannot get back in. He also guaranteed the work for 1 year. His company is efficient and the price was very reasonable. I called around to numerous companies and Liddle Rascals was the fairest in price and the BEST. We highly recommend Scott at Liddle Rascals. A squirrel made it down our closed chimney, began nesting and came into our dining room late one afternoon. I found Liddle Rascals on HomeStars and contacted Scott. He offered to come that same evening but, given the weather/road conditions, we scheduled for him to come the following morning. Scott quickly assessed and remedied the situation (examined the roof area, looked for other possible points of entry, checked for other squirrels, set a humane trap, and did a follow-up check.) We had raccoons digging their way under our backyard shed. I called Scott from Liddle Rascals and he was friendly and courteous from the outset. He offered to come and assess the situation at no charge. He offered a solution with a one way door and mesh screening at what I believed was a reasonable price. He scheduled and completed the work promptly. I couldn't recommend a company any higher.

I've had Scott here to do work on my roof twice after shingles were blown off in heavy winds. Excellent work, very easy to get along with, and reasonably priced.

I noticed a raccoon in my pool shed on Tuesday. Filled out the web form on Scott's web site to ask for his help. Scott emailed me back shortly afterwards and arranged to come on Wednesday morning to see my situation. Upon arrival he found that the raccoon was no longer there. He proceeded to install heavy gauge wire mesh over the opening in the shed where the raccoon was entering, to ensure no raccoons would be able to infest the building in future. Through the whole experience Scott was very friendly, polite and informative and he left me with the feeling that the problem has been well and truly resolved. I start hearing squirrels running on the top floor ceiling. I called Scott and he came right away. He put a temporary “cage” with one way door on top of the roof vent to let the squirrels out and prevent them from coming back. He came back in couple of days and put the permanent protection. He also took photos for “before” and “after” so I had perfect understanding of the issue and the solution. I am happy with the prompt response and solution that works. If you have such problem, just call Scott. It will be solved right away.

After hearing rustling in our attic for sometime we checked out Homestars and selected Liddle Rascals and so glad we did! Scott arrived the next day, did a thorough inspection of our roof and discovered bat droppings. He returned to seal the entire roof and this was no small feat with a a high roof. As baby bats unable to fly in July, he had to come back several times to make sure they got out but not back in. We found Scott to be very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I would have no hestitation in recommending Scott.
