We recently had 3 car garage doors with openers installed by Smart Doors. It was the closest dealer to us in Richmond Hill, so we dropped by the showroom. There we met Michael, the owner who walked us through the various features, options, and prices, with guidance but without the salesmanship. The fact that we already had a good idea of the door style we liked before walking into the showroom, and then being able to see full size doors on display really helped because we weren't comfortable with committing to an order just by looking at pictures in a catalogue or a single panel. I also asked Michael if he could provide a residential address as a demo of the door style and colour of our choice. Right away, he provided several addresses with the various options near to us. We were happy with our selection and placed the order. Two weeks later, the doors were ready and the crew came by to install. The job took almost the whole day and Micheal himself was there from the start to finish. Old doors taken away, new doors installed and tested, no problems. Micheal made sure everything was just right and even walked me through the setup of the remote opener phone app.
