Vinyl-professionals was only one of two companies from our list that responded to email/phone queries, perhaps due to the busy season. Besides the slight delay in communication, our experience with them is a positive one. Michael provided us with a quote for the enclosure as requested. When we asked him to give us an estimate for the basement window as well, he checked it out and eventually said he'll have it covered at no extra charge. From there, it took a little less than two months for the order to be processed. Installers Eugene and his co-worker are real professionals. They arrived close to the agreed time and each one knew one's role. They hardly talked to each other during the process, doing so only when one needed some assistance. And while they finished in a timely manner, the workmanship did not seem like rushed at all. Cleaned up after they were done and gave a couple of pointers on how to take care of the new installation. Extremely delighted with the results.

We were very happy with Vinyl-Professionals'service. They were very thorough explaining to us their offer, presenting us the options, helping us make the right decisions and carrying through to have the product installed in time. When called to handle a small repair (caused by our own fault) they were extremely prompt and courteous and handled it for us for free. What a great service! Would happily recommend them and will definitely consider them for any future home improvement projects!

Michael was very patient with me as I waffled back and forth about how many windows to purchase, what style, whether I should install a patio door ...... but he was always very pleasant and accommodating to my needs and schedule. Eugene and Dimitri are exceptional installers and I absolutely trust their professional expertise. Everyone was only interested in "doing it right", even though they were faced with sudden changes in the parameters of the final installation (I undertook a gut reno between order and install, which changed some of the dimensions of the window framing). They approached it with great grace and skill. I absolutely love my new windows and patio door and can't stop staring at them!
