    New surveillance cameras!

    Following some recent break-ins in our neighborhood, we decided to ask JTL to install exterior cameras not only for our own safety and security but also to assist our neighbours to identify bad actors in the event of further criminal activity. The job was undertaken promptly and the installation was done very efficiently. We were fully briefed on how to access and use the associated software. We could not be happier with the professionalism of the staff both onsite and in the office.

    Security alarm installation

    I was in a rush to get the work done. So, they got everything done and ready within the time frame. When it came to the installation day they were fast and efficient.

    JTL Home Alarm system

    I had been having trouble with my thermostat and getting my air conditioner to function. I contacted Dolby at JTL and he was great at helping me over the phone. He was able to troubleshoot that my thermostat was malfunctioning. Andy, the JTL technician came out quickly and was able to install another thermostat and got the system working just in time for some hot weather. Andy was also able to help me with fine tune my system to have it work more efficiently. Amazing service! Thank you so much JTL.

    Security System Installation

    I highly recommend JTL for any local business. They are experts in their field, offer great deals with their monthly plans, have clean and efficient technicians to do the installations and services, and provide excellent support through their sales team.

    Alarm Technical Support

    Alain provided clear, honest advice in helping me solve a problem and didn't charge me anything for the support. JTL will continue to be my go to company for products and support.

    Service Call

    I called JTL for a service call this morning regarding my security cameras. I changed internet service providers yesterday and really wanted my cameras back online quickly. Jorde came out same day and I couldnt be more pleased with the service call. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and had my cameras back up and running seamlessly. I highly recommend JTL.

    Professional, courteous and knowledgeable service

    Shop

    Alain was friendly and did a nice job on our install. Everything looks really good and Alain did a great job of concealing the power wire. He also did a great job training me how to use the system.

    Service call

    We cannot speak highly enough of our two service calls completed by Alain. Alain is informative and friendly and has a plethora of experience to fix and/or offer advice on anything related to Alarm systems. When there was a miscommunication about our warranty, Alain "went to bat for us" and made sure our service was covered. We 100% recommend Alain and JTL for your Alarm needs.
