    Repair of Outdoor Fireplace

    I have an outdoor gas fireplace that was installed with my backyard landscaping over 10 years ago. It recently stopped working. I saw Appleby Systems offered a fireplace repair service, so I called them even though they probably weren't familiar with the brand I had. The technician James from Appleby came and performed a thorough investigation of the issue. He diagnosed that a certain part had failed and that I needed to get a replacement. This proved to be the correct diagnostic. I contacted the manufacturer, which I discovered was based in New Zealand, and purchased a replacement part (the ignition system) from them and had it shipped to me. James then came back and replaced the part which was trickier than expected as the new version of the part wasn't exactly the same as the predecessor. And now I am enjoying my fixed fireplace. I also wanted to mention that working with James and the office staff at Appleby was a pleasant experience as they were very friendly and accommodating. Based on this service, I would easily recommend them.

    AC repair

    Outstanding service to get our old AC back up and running just in time for the heat wave. Great consult, no high pressure sales to replace with a new unit. We will call Appleby when it is time to replace it.

    Thank you Ryan and team

    They say that we don't buy stuff any more - we buy experiences, and I enjoyed a great customer experience from Appleby. Ryan knows what he is selling, and listens to his customers' requirements. The installation team were efficient, effective, friendly and knowledgeable. Mine was a relatively difficult installation and the guys made it look easy. Great after-service from the Appleby team, too.

    A/C Installation

    Very pleased with Appleby systems from sales, to the installation crew, to the follow-up to help me apply for my Homeowner Rebate. They have been professional, thorough and friendly. I will be returning to them this fall when we purchase a new furnace. Highly recommend.

    FURNACE/AC/WATER HEATER/HUMIDIFIER

    Thank you Appleby Systems for everything! I would like to thank the team of installers for their hard work on 4/26/21. Adam, Chris, Trevor and Adam where outstanding!! I cannot say enough about this team of professional installers. These guys delivered it all!! The scope of work was completed with an attention to detail like I have not experienced before. The care that was taken was if these guys owned my house. Everything is working perfectly. Before the team left I was shown every aspect of the completed work as well as an overview of how to operate my new Furnace/AC/Water Heater/Humidifier. The entire house and property was clean and tidy. These guys are top drawer!! I have to mention Eddie the Administrative Coordinator. This guy also has his act together. The communication and attention to detail was and will continue to be first class!! Lastly but not forgotten is Ryan. Ryan guided us throughout the process of selecting the correct equipment and was in no way upselling something that was not in our best interest. What a pleasant change. Thank you all at Appleby Systems for replacing the heartbeat of our home. We are very happy! Steve Irwin. Burlington, Ont.

    Great Job by the guys at Appleby Systems

    I wanted to agree with the positive review by Robert. We had used Appleby system for our Coleman A/C unit about four years back. We liked the A/C unit so much that we called them back when our furnace died. They were able to get us a new Coleman furnace within a couple of days. Sean and Ryan showed up on time, made sure we were Covid comfortable with them and then got to work in installing the furnace. You could tell they take pride in their work and were professional throughout making sure we were completely happy with the results before they left. Thanks for the great job. Tony

    Gas Furnace

    Appleby Systems convinced me to install a Coleman gas furnace back in 1997. After 24 years and 2 minor repairs, it started to act up so rather than wait for a major failure, I decided to replace the unit with, you guessed it, another Coleman furnace and, you guessed it, installed by Appleby. Installers were very professional and polite. Tarps put down to protect the floors and done in 4 hours. Those 4 hours included changing out the filtration system and all new venting for the new, much more efficient furnace. I can't imagine how they could have been better. Definitely a five star rating from me.

    Gas fireplace log ste

    Trevor and Ryan came yesterday on time and worked right through until 3:30. They were very professional, knowlegable, Competent an insured that they explained what they were doing. They also followed strict COVID procedures. It’s rare but outstanding to work with a company that delivers. Appleby Systems is truly a 5 star company and we were very satisfied. They deliver. Will I work with them in the future? You bet I will!

    Very Satisfied Customer - Humidifier Installation

    I called Appleby Systems and was put in touch with Diane who explained the various humidifier options and the pros and cons of each. The quoted price for purchase and installation of my preferred unit was fair so I asked when they could do the installation and she said "tomorrow morning". The next morning Trevor arrived and we discussed the installation. Trevor did an extremely professional job, everything was done cleanly with water line, humidistat electrical connection all finished neatly without loose wires anywhere and perfect cleanup. I am a bit of a perfectionist and have an engineering background and I like to see quality work. I was very impressed with the work Trevor did.

    Fireplace Repair and New Glass

    We are delighted to have our gas fireplace working again, and working properly. Appleby Systems was not the first company to work on our fireplace. Two different companies and several service calls failed to resolve our problems. Before giving up and buying a new unit we decided to try Appleby and test the claim on their website: “We’ll repair many gas fireplace issues other contractors aren’t qualified for”. Our experience was first rate, from the initial telephone contact, the service call, the cost estimate, through to the final repairs. Jamie, the service technician, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable – a real pro. And, best of all, Appleby actually fixed the problems!
