It is a great company to do business with that is very thorough with there drawings and building plans to make sure everything is correct before building production.

We purchase a 30x50 steel building , Kyle was our sales person. Kyle was very accommodating and helpful.

Good to work with, friendly, personable and cooperative! Negotiable too which is always a plus. Building is quality material. Went together very well, and was priced right too. Thank you, I have already made two referrals.

Toro Steel provided the engineering plans and instructions for the 50' x 100' building that I purchased. We did have the foundation plans redesigned after to modify needing a complete slab attached to the walls, but that was minor. Now I can have the concrete slab poured inside when I'm ready. Kyle Spellman was professional and helpful each time I needed him. All parts were received okay and the shipping company Toro used went over and above to make sure we knew when they were coming and updated us on their location when they were in transit. Have one small warranty item for Toro to send where one of the man door locks was faulty. I'll add my review about the warranty when I receive the lock. The building was erected by Metal Steel Concepts out of Kelowna BC who were very experienced with this type of work and did a great job. The cost given below is start to finish project cost for the 5000 square foot building

Found Future Steel Bldgs on line, received a call from James Best worked out all the details for my needs and ordered the bldg with some changes. Ive received the bldg and everything looks great so far. I'm curently working on the footings and foundation's and so far so good. Thanks to James Best for all the communication and help through the process this far.
