CUSTOMER BE WARE I have contacted Handy Bros. Home Comfort for furnace repair. Technician came to the address and identified part (Inducer Assembly) needed to be replaced. ( I was charged $168.37 for technician to come out) I received a Band-aid solution for additional $ 1,353.74 (this is no joke, they call it Band-Aid) (They have also included their Value Inducer Solution with extra additional to what is needed) Handy Bros. estimate does not include break down between materials and labor. I called office and was told for my benefit they bundle parts and labor in to one price. I asked what how much Im being charged for part and was told $1,080. That didnt seem right. Called next company that came up on my phone and was told that part is $340. And additional installation fee of $99 Customer be aware Hand Bros wanted to charge $1,080 for $340 part (competitor charged me $340 so part may cost even less than $340) When I brought part overcharging to the office. Their office manager Don defended this practice and their pricing. I seems it works well for them. I will not be surprised if Handy Bros will end up on CBC marketplace one day.

We had multiple issues with our fireplace. Techs Kyle and Josh were relentless in finding and correcting the issues. Parts were found quickly and follow up appts were scheduled quickly. We are very happy with the service and effort by everyone at HBros.

Chris was the gentleman who came to the house with the information I requested about a furnace, heatpump and water tank. He was polite, curtious and kind. There was no pressure, and he didn't get offended when I asked questions. I hired them last Wednesday and Handy Bros called Thursday, appt for Monday morning. I was given a call Monday morning to let me know they would be there by 7:30 am. I was greeted by the happiest, most positive, polite, young men I have ever seen and on Monday no less. Lol My team consisted of Brett, JR, Josh, and then later on Adam. These poor guys lol had an old Olsen furnace to remove(size of a dinosaur I swear). Not a complaint was made. These young men are truly the best! Best attitude, best workmanship, best quality and they clearly work for the best company. They installed everything with attention to detail and treated the job as if they were installing in their own homes. They cleaned up and explained all my new equipment to me. And then boom they were gone. (Also Brett whom I traumatized) I really am sorry and I will pay your counseling bill lol.

Zak and John came to do the installation on our new furnace and air conditioner unit. They were both very polite and professional. They did a great job on the installations and cleaned everything up before leaving. We would highly recommend this company and Jake is a great sales rep also. He explained everything to us in detail and was very honest.

From start to finish the service was amazing! They were on time and very professional.

Handy bros is hands down the best to deal with. Jake came to gave us a quote and was so professional and easy to talk to. We got our quote on Friday and had it installed Monday morning. Taylor and Kody the installers were great! Very personable, professional and took their time explaining the new system to us! Definitely recommend.

We have had 3 visits by technicians in the last year, with Adam's visit today being the 3rd. Each technician has been very polite, called ahead to ensure we were available, and knowledgeable about their work. 2 visits were the promotional services and the middle visit was for a blower motor issue with our furnace. We are very happy with their service, prompt response and ability to address our issues when needed. Would definitely recommend them.

Taylor at Handy Brothers installed a humidifier on our furnace. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and efficient. Handy Brothers integrated system allows their employees to be very effective with a great customer focus. Handy Brothers is now and in the future our go to contractor for anything we require in climate care. Best of the Best

Prepaid annual service. Technician Jacob was very thorough in his review; He identified a small water leak in a connection - preventing future damage. Very friendly. Communication -photo documentation thorough.

Taylor, Kody and Randy implemented a plan to adapt the existing HVAC system to accomodate renovations in our office space. The work was done well, neatly, when and as proposed, all without disruption to our office routine.
