    New eavestroughs and downspouts

    Mark gave a very fair quote and delivered on all that was agreed upon. I was out of town, yet he was professional, quick and reliable. My property is on a grade, and I had been having water drainage issues for years. Mark understood and rerouted the water flow and added necessary downspouts required to do that. The work was done well and on time. He also came back to check on any issues that arose. I am very glad I chose this company and can highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality, honest work and a fair price. He was friendly and always easy to reach and answered all questions.

    Roof inspection

    After last weeks windstorm there were shingles here, shingles there, shingles everywhere. A prompt and efficient Ontario Downspout visit confirmed that none were mine, giving me peace of mind. Thanks Mark.

    Eavestrough installation

    Messaged O.D. through Homestars to get a quote. Mark called me back the same day for more details. He was very honest with me and his over-the-phone assessment was spot on. When he came by the house to give a quote, he was the only person to actually pull out a ladder and take a close look at the situation. Again he was honest, gave options and did not upsell me. When O.D. came to do the work, they were punctual, and respectful of our property. When completed, Mark walked me through the work done, and made sure I was happy with the job: I was indeed very happy with the results. I would say you're in very good hands with Ontario Downspout. I will hire them again in the future for other work.

    Roof/Downspouts

    Mark was very professional and knowledgeable with the services he provided. I would highly recommend Ontario Downspout Services for any new roofs and aluminum work for your home. Also, Mark and his team was very diligent and clean when it came to finishing the project. I would highly recommend to family and friends! Susan

    Eavestroughs, sofit, fascia and garage siding

    We had our eavestroughs, sofit and fascia done with Mark and his team. We had a small issue with the soffit and Mark came back to fix the issue by replacing the whole section. The customer service is amazing. We were very pleased that we called Mark back to do the garage siding. Mark and his team are very professional, punctual, friendly and once the job was completed he left my place meticulously clean. I highly recommend Downspout. Thank you for a great job!

    Adding downspouts

    Mark was very professional, did the job quickly and was prompt. The first appt was rained out and he came on a holiday to make sure the job was done on time.

    Roof

    I was looking for someone to do my grandfathers roof, Ontario downspout was highly recommended. My grandfather was very pleased with their work, they started and finished on schedule, were very friendly and professional and mark took the extra time to answer all of the questions we had. We were afraid there would be a mess to clean up after however that was not the case, everything was left better than before and we could not be happier with the work done. I would highly recommend mark and his team to anyone who needs work done.

    Replacement of roof and eaves

    We had a small job done on downspouts last year and turned again to Harvey and Mark for a bigger job this year, full replacement of roof and eaves. Mark and his crew were great to work with both in the planning stage and then carrying out the work. It was a somewhat difficult job with a mixture of roof shapes and sizes and a large solarium to work around. They kept the yard clean, they were always on time and finished on schedule. We were very pleased with the project and the price and would certainly recommend the company to others.

    Eaves, roof, siding, downspouts

    What started as a simple correction of our downspouts turned into a much bigger job. They replaced the eaves troughs, soffit and faschia. Then they replaced the siding on our solarium, garage and some windows. Next came a repair of our flat roof. and finally, this year, replacing the roof over the solarium and back porch, as well as resealing the solarium to correct a leakage problem. Their work was always done promptly, professionally and expertly. The workmen always worked cleanly and remedied any messes that were made. And their charges were always reasonable for the amount and quality of work they performed. We would, and have, recommended Ontario Downspout to our friends.

    Balcony flat roof

    Excellently done job! Mark and his crew had put a new flat roof on the balcony that started to leak, installed new solid deck on top. The quality of services exceeded my expectations. The site was left clean - We enjoyed a glass of Prosecco on our balcony pretty much as soon as they left.
