    Replacement of Eaves troughs

    Mark and his team did an amazing job. He did so at a great price and completed the job within the estimated two days. I would highly recommend Ontario Downspout.

    eavestrough repair

    Mark and his crew was absolutely AWSOME! Our fascia boards at the rear of our house ripped apart and water was leaking along our bricks and into our bedroom window. Mark replaced the fascia boards, soffit, and fascia. He also replaced the entire eavestrough. Mark took the time to use a bubble level to slope the eavestrough perfectly. Throughout the job his explained every aspect of the repair and replacement. He gave us 10 year warranty on his work.....WOW!! Ontario Downspout is GOLD!! Saved them in my favourites on my phone:)

    Easvestrough replacement

    When Harvey came to our home to assess the project, he took the time to give us a thorough estimate and answer all our questions. Mark and his crew came out to do the job exactly when promised. They were friendly, polite, efficient, and cleaned up the job site thoroughly when finished. They did a great job with the installation. It's rained several times since, and we've had no leaks or problems. We didn't expect the new eavestrough to have such an impact on the look of our home, but it's given it a real facelift, and looks terrific. We're really pleased with the work ODS did, and would happily recommend them.

    Eavestrough

    They were very efficient polite, knowledgeable and tidy. Did a great job, would highly recommend them. They needed to follow up as we had other contractors working at the same time. They called and came on time as promised and completed the work on time. We could not have asked for better.

    Full eaves replacement

    I called Ontario Downspout Service after seeing work done in my neighbourhood. I was impressed with the quick call back from Harvey. He came by and took time to talk about options with us. We decided to do a full replacement of our eaves and downspouts as well as aluminum wrapping on our fascia and soffits. Harvey's son, Mark and his crew came to work on the downspouts. They arrived early everyday, worked all day and had everything completed in just 3 days. We were really impressed with their honesty, work ethic, knowledge and clear communication. They did a great job cleaning up and kept the job site neat and tidy while they were working (very important with 2 young ones running around). I would not hesitate to recommend Ontario Downspout.

    Eavestroughs and Downspouts

    My outdated and undersized eavestroughs were not able to handle fast and heavy downpours resulting in rain spilling over the edge of my eaves flooding my garden. Mark and crew suggested going with a wider eavestrough and redirecting some of my downspouts to work more efficiently. Mark also pointed out that the roofer I hired left the shingle overhang too long--very helpful advice. Work was completed quickly and neatly and workmanship is excellent. Highly recommend this company! It's amazing how an inexpensive update can add so much curb appeal. My house looks 50 years younger!

    Replacing of eaves troughs, soffits and fascia

    Very happy with Ontario Downspout Service. Mark and his crew did outstanding work replacing my eaves troughs, fascia and soffits. Their care and workmanship is superb and their knowledge and practical advice was welcome. They were thorough in there initial investigation and consistent in their quote. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to friends and family.

    eavestroughs, capping

    I’ve been having problems with the eavestroughs on one side of my house for a while and knew that it had to be address before it really became a serious issue. I decided I’d call 3 companies for quotes; one never replied, the second wanted only to converse by email never once wanting to meet personally. The only company to return my call promptly and schedule an appointment at a convenient time for me was Ontario Downspout Services Inc. I met with Harvey on a Saturday morning and showed him the problem area where the volume of water was just overshooting my current eaves, running down the side wall and eroding into the foundation. The solution was to run wider troughs and downspouts, plus an added shield for extra protection, at the same time I also decided to have some exposed wood fascia boards capped. I received what I think to be an excellent quote for the work that needed to be done and proceeded to go ahead a book the work. I was called the day before to confirm the installation and early the next morning Mark and his associate arrived to start the work; however, the job was unfortunately cut short due to the wrong material supplied by the supplier. Mark was able to complete the capping portion of the work, apologized for the inconvenience and material mix up and promised to be back the following weekend which was the civic holiday long weekend to finish the job. Sure enough the following Saturday morning he arrived, bright and early to finish the work. The new section of eavestroughs where installed quickly and the finish product looks amazing! Throughout it all Mark was extremely professional, polite and unflappable especially when the material mix up occurred. Mark even came back yesterday to make an adjustment to the shield protector. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and wonderful customer service. I will definitely use your company again when I’m ready to update the eaves on the other side of the house. I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

    downspout disconnection, new fascia, soffit and eavestroughs

    Mark and his crew were awesome! Clearly explained what would be done; went above and beyond to deal with issues they discovered during the job; very professional, punctual, fabulous cleanup. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

    new eaves, soffit, facia

    Harvey, Mark and team did a great job. My exterior really sparkles. hard working, and very timely. very helpful in advice for other work that may need to be done on exterior of house. Look no further! highly recommended!! K. Green
