Michael was very patient and helpful. He answered all our questions and he was very professional. He also sent us a detailed report of his work within 24 hours. I'd gladly recommend him.

I was most pleased with my experience. Michael was knowledgeable , deliberate and detail oriented in his review. Commented every step of the way on the condition he was observing, provided guidance and set expectations on matters that would require corrective action. As importantly he has promptly provided a full report and has made himself available for follow up consultation via email or phone on short notice. Clearly a customer service oriented compnay.

Michael was great. He took the time to look at everything and explain anything that might be vague. Pointed out a number of things that I didn't think of. Well worth the value.

We had our house inspection on July 26,2016 with Michael at Milton . I'm glad I found the perfect inspector ., he inspects every inch thoroughly and he is very detailed. I have utilized Michael’s services on two occasions. On both occasions, Michael was able to complete extremely thorough and detailed home inspections within very tight time frames. During the home inspections, he took the time to explain in a manner that I was able to understand, the issues that needed to be addressed with the home and was able to provided recommendations as to how this work should be completed. Michael’s very detailed housing inspection reports were promptly delivered by the end of the day, and provided recommendations as to what time frame the work needed to be completed in. Michael even took the time to discuss the needed repair work with the tradespeople in order to ensure that the work was completed correctly and in the most cost-efficient manner. I look forward to continuing to work with Michael and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

We dealt Mike 2 times and didn't have any issue. Mike is very professional correct and very knowleadgable person. Every inch off the hause was inspected and report written in details.
