Michael is a great person, he cares very much about his clients and pays attention to details, he makes a great report with proper recommendations, I highly recommend Michael and his company for a job well done.

Booked a home inspection for a home that my mom bought. My mother doesn't speak English and I wasn't able to take the day off to be there for the home inspection but Michael was very understanding and when I got home and looked at the emailed report, Michael took the time to sit there on the phone with me and go over everything he had written about in his report and what his recommendations are. Thank you for your understanding and for taking even more time out of your day to review everything again with us. Michael completed two home inspections for us as we were looking to buy our first home. Michael responded swiftly to our request and was able to accommodate our inspections on a tight timeline. Michael was extremely thorough, he has the right background and he definitely knows his trade. Michael was very thorough and took the time to explain to us what he was seeing, and what the impact was. He was able to explain things in an easily understandable way to those not familiar with house lingo. His written report was thorough and delivered promptly. Mike made himself available to us on short notice. He did a thorough job using high tech equipment to find problems hidden in the house. He give and honest opinion of the pros and cons of the house with an explanation about how to bring the house back into good standing.

Well worth every penny!! Have moved several times and this inspector has been the most thorough out of all we have ever had. Showed up on time, spent approximately three hours+ with us going through every detail of the inside and outside, tested every single light socket, fireplace, plumbing etc... Upon returning home, he sent us (within half an hour of inspection) a detailed email file containing all pictures and all inspection points that included recommendations... a hard copy binder was given to our real estate agent as well. Excellent home inspector; would definitely use again!

Michael came on time as scheduled. He was prepared with his tool kit and conducted a meticulous inspection of this very large property. He addressed issues in detail during the inspection, took his time and furthermore did additional recommendations days after he completed the inspection. I will most defintely hire Michael again. Hi Michael, Thank you very much for your extremely thorough and comprehensive report. Not only did you find issues that, apparently, previous inspectors had overlooked; you explained each one clearly and simply, complete with photos and related diagrams. On top of all that, you were pleasant and engaging. Your inspection will likely save us a few thousand dollars as the buyer is willing to work something out. Mike did a very thorough job inspecting an older home which I purchased. He was quite knowledgeable with regards to building codes and very helpful in answering any questions I had after I settled into the home.

Michael does very thorough home inspections. First time I hired him to do it, he almost drove the builder-seller crazy with his thoroughness. He knows the code and knows his stuff. I called him for my second home inspection and will call him again next time I need one.
