    GUTTER CLEANING & PRESSURE WASHING

    Homesmart Services were very professional & thorough in explaining the work project. They promptly sent an estimate & scheduled a convenient day for the work. The worker followed special instructions I gave him & once the work was completed, items were returned to their original locations. I was very pleased with the service & would recommend Homesmart Services.

    Moss removal, gutter cleaning and repair

    We have an 11 year old house and have large oak trees on our block. Although we love the trees, they give our roof a type of climbing moss that is difficult to remove. The home smart team, mostly Daniel, scrubbed the moss off by hand over two days. They did such a great job, our neighbour came over and said our roof looked great! They also cleaned all of our gutters and repaired some that we too high for us to reach ourselves and had become clogged. Were very happy with the service and will be getting on the annual visit list from the team. Daniel was a kind, thorough and communicative person and we would be happy to have him work on our home again.

    Power washing and window cleaning

    Homesmart did a wonderful job of power washing the front pathway and steps, sidewalk by my house and all the paving stones at the side and back of my house. They were in great need of cleaning with moss etc. They did a very thorough job in a courteous and professional manner. They replaced all the sand between the stones and it looks great. They also cleaned the windows on the exterior of my home. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

    Pressure washing and moss removal

    Fantastic job cleaning my deck and stairs. Garage roof now clean and free of moss. Very happy with results!

    Power washing sidewalks

    Home smart Smart did an excellent job power washing my very mossy sidewalks. Owner & technicians were friendly & professionals.

    Roof, gutter, windows, glass awning cleaning , power wash

    The project took two full days, Kevin showed up on time on both days and a did a great job, spotless cleaning specially the awning glass which was a tough job to handle.

    Great service

    Ian and his team were great. They took the time to explain what was being done. They did a great job with our gutter clean up and power washing our house.

    Spring cleaning - pressure wash, gutter cleaning

    Ian and his crew were amazing with exterior cleaning. They not only did the pressure wash and gutter cleaning throughly but went above and beyond when they had to move stored winter tires to get all the areas nice and clean. They took great care of all the toys and trampoline while cleaning to make sure everything was moved back to where it was. The quality of the work speaks for itself. I highly recommend their services!
